Amazing costumer service. Had a problem with DHL loosing a parcel that is sent to warranty checks. Cube saw the DHL taking too long and set me a brand new wheel at their expense.
This company goes way and beyond when it comes to costumer satisfaction.

Support always available to help with any problem. Very fast timing and very intuitive solutions to help their customers solve anything. Highly recommended.

I purchased a wheel 2nd hand and couldn’t calibrate one of the clutch paddle’s so I contacted customer support and got a pretty much instant response with a step by step guide of how to fix the issue.

I bought a wheel over a year ago from cube. The overall quality of the wheel is excellent and have been beyond pleased with its performance. The wheel did however experience a wireless module failure. This happened just a few months out of the stated warranty I reached out to cube expecting to pay for a repair. Cube support was fast to respond, troubleshoot, and arrange the shipment for repair. Even though there was no obligation to cover the repair, Cube did cover the repair and stood behind their product. The repair and the return was much faster than I was expecting. My time away from the sim was kept to a surprising minimum. Know that if you buy a Cube wheel you are buying a quality product that the company will stand behind.

I've genuinely rarely experienced customer service as good as that received from Cube Controls, combined with the fantastic quality of their products, I couldn't recommend any more highly.

I had an issue with the dashboard not displaying on my second hand CSX3. Once contacting support the next day I had clear instructions on what to check and the software I needed through Simhub I'd never of thought off, great customer service and much appreciated. The wheel is fantastic!

I had an issue back in June with a F-Pro wheel I had purchased (new to me). The assistance Cube Controls customer support gave me was outstanding. I liaised with someone called 'A'. They initially tried to diagnose the problem remotely but unfortunately, that did not resolve it so they arranged for the wheel to be collected. This was done promptly. The issue was diagnosed and repaired and the wheel was dispatched back to me. Once again very promptly. This is customer service at its best! Excellent product support. Excellent communication throughout. Well done and thank you. 5 star plus! (Sorry for the late review).

Really great consumer service. Got a cube amg wheel and have a little issue with the downshift paddle. Cube support service had always been patient and shipped a new shifter without any charge immediately. Really appreciate it.

Very good customer support. I had an issue with my wheelbase (Asetek) and despite this not being Cube Controls fault they helped me diagnose and identify the issue when Aseteks own support was not being very helpful.

The quality of the Cube Controls products is also great!

Base was easy to setup. I would really like it to come with a front mount. Don’t forget to get the mount!

Quick email communication, resolved my issues in a timely manner.

I had a small issue regarding the provided toll for one of the wheels.

So I opened a ticket which was easy and straightforward and got a very fast response and uncomplicated solution offered.

Things can always go wrong, it’s about how these issues are handled and resolved.

When my F-PRO racing wheel's paddle shifters had issues, their technical support team responded promptly and professionally, guiding me through a full solution. The quality of their products and commitment to customer satisfaction make Cube Controls a highly recommended brand in the racing simulator industry.

An absolutely sublime wheel. Excellent build quality and features. Opening it was a mini event. Software easy to use.

Such a disappointment as we purchased our wheel on reading reviews.

Purchased an expensive Sim wheel from CC, after some time the wheel experienced some connectivity issues, CC asked for a video and for us to try some reset process, they also sent out a new cable but the issues did not resolve, we then sent the wheel to them in Italy as requested.

After some time the wheel was returned but with the same issues, again they insisted that we try the same process with video and another new cable, the wheel was sent back for them to test but returned with the same issue and a faulty paddle this time.

So on the third occasion I emailed them as I felt we had finder taken and completed all of requests from CC and it was now a reasonable request to request a new wheel replacements as the wheel was in warranty, they refused and wanted to go through the process once again !!!

I had to then go back to the company within the UK that I had purchased the wheel from who eventually, after many talks with DT replaced the wheel themselves and took the issue on themselves with CC as they agreed that we had taken all reasonable steps to meet the requests of the manufacturer.

This took mo the to resolve and we were without the whee for such a long time also.

I’m sure they will reply attempting to cover themselves and their actions, goes to prove it was not only the customer that ageed that a new replacement was the answer at this point and that another company who stock their products has had to step in a resolve the issues instead !!

Excellent customer service regarding info on a slight technical issue and providing manuals for a used wheel I purchased. Highly recommended company.
