I had a problem with the spring of the SP01 pedals, but the service was quick and they will send me a replacement.

I've had a few problems with shifters in a GT Pro OMP Wireless and they're spectacular after service, fast and super attentive willing to solve the problem.

Top quality wheel rim. I'm on Fanatec but couldn't resist building the "GT Zero Rally" which uses the excellent Cube Zero GT to great effect.

I've owned a thrustmaster, a fanatec and now the simucube2....This is what makes the best drivers better online. You feel it all so much, you can't overdrive!

I bought a CSX3 Wheel and it came with some issues. After contacting cube controls and some emails change, they picked up my wheel on the same week, and just some days later got it returned to my home with all the problems fixed. Very happy with the way they handled this.

I’ve buyed gsx2 …it’s a wonderful steering wheel and the beauty is joint by great precision. Works well witn fanatec dd1 and podium hub. Great customer care

Fantastic build quality and design. I have the CSX3 and all of the buttons are made to the highest quality. I’ve really enjoyed using it for Iracing and LMU. Tons of keys to bind all of your LMDH or F1 car settings too. Very comfortable grips with excellent positioning. One of my all time favorite wheels!!

I bought a wheel secondhand and experienced some issues after fixing the QR from previous owner and updating the firmware, and they didn’t hesitate to help and even assisted me in getting some of the missing items that the seller wasn’t able to provide. Very quick to respond and presented great options.
Probably best customer service experience I’ve had!

I had issues with my F-Pro wheel, the shifter sometimes didnt work properly. Support created a pick up and my wheel has been repaired within a week with shipping! Absolute professional. I am very satisfied overall with Cube Controls :)
