Sim racing equipment overall is expensive. I hope that all Cube Control products become cost-effective products that are easily accessible in terms of price.

Top level product, top level support.

I bought a Cube controls wheel through a reseller and there was a Cube controls bag missing that should come with the wheel, it simply wasnt in the box.

I reached out to support, explained the situation and besides the fact that it wasnt their fault, whitin an hour i got a track and trace from DHL saying my package (a new bag) has been send to me!

I bought a F-Pro second hand and ran into a problem when downshifting.
Contacted CC in the morning and had an answer only a few hours later. This was not only quick but also solved my issue right away and I could use this wheel again.

Hello Cubecontrols, Here is my opinion. I bought two steering wheels from you and I'm going to start with the F-core. Very positive opinion on this steering wheel for several reasons: the Q-CONN magnetic connection cable which is really great, the fact that it is also wireless, the number of buttons and especially the positioning of them, the width of the steering wheel and the design. As for the negative point of this steering wheel, I would say that it is the price that you announce on your site concerning these: 469 euros whereas in truth, when you add the options that interest you (4 paddles including two in steel), the hub, the VAT which is really very high and the price of shipping also very high, well I ended up paying more than 800 euros for it, which is really enormous for a steering wheel advertised at 469 euros! Fortunately I really like it. I now move on to the second steering wheel which is the GT-pro and here I must tell you that there are many more negative points on this one! I'll start with the positive points: very nice finish and very nice design, the diameter which is really great; not too big for a round steering wheel. magnetic paddles. The negative points now: The number of buttons at thumb level which is really too low, the buttons at the top (left and right) which flash all the time: who had the very bad idea of making them work all the time non-stop ? That it would have flashed for 1 to 2 seconds ok, that it would have been configurable via a software ok, but here I really don't understand and I'm really not the only one. There are also tutorial videos to counter this problem which is really very annoying, we have seen people open the steering wheel and explain how to modify the electronics to stop the flashing or the simplest solution, stick something to completely hide the buttons! second problem, the on-off switches right next to it, not very useful in my opinion. I would have said ok if there were two buttons on the left and right at thumb level and additional switches, but no. I would ultimately have understood more about having a double switch (up and down), which would have made two more buttons in this place (where we don't need them most) but no. Another bad idea in my opinion. Then, the two switches or middle of the steering wheel, ok it's better because they are double (top and bottom), which gives us two buttons per switch. The problem is that it activates at an angle and not from top to bottom. If you didn't know it, there was a risk of breaking them. When you know it, it seems logical to me if you activate them with your thumb but it's still risky. another negative point, the small joystick at the bottom left. I bought the USB version specifically to have it when I need it. Rotary, up-down-left-right is great but the directional sensitivity is horrible. In games you move it half a minute until it activates! So every time you want to use the rotary, there is an 8 out of 10 chance that you will activate the directional with it! Once again, not configurable since there is no software. Why don't the directionals only work when they click? This is a very bad point, sorry. Third negative point regarding this steering wheel is the cable. I find myself with a Q-CONN magnetic at the top on my F-core and I have to juggle another different cable for the same brand of steering wheel, when I could have only had one for two! Last negative point concerning this steering wheel, no software to adjust all this. Personal opinion, I think you should renew this vonant which is excellent and put the new cable on it, stop flashing the non-configurable buttons, add other buttons in place of the on-off switches and solve the problem of the joystick really too much sensitive. Too bad, because it's really beautiful and I still love it a lot. But it's really too frustrating to have so many faults on a premium steering wheel. Maybe it's time to release the new version and stop this one? Sorry if I sound a little harsh to you, but I think that when you spend more than 2000 euros on premium steering wheels, they must be impeccable at all levels and meet the needs of simracers. I really love your brand and I hope you take into consideration the issues I mentioned because like I said, I'm definitely not the only one. Amazing build quality of the wheel. Looks amazing but the customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times and have not heard back trying to resolve a connection issue.

If this incredible wheel crossed the southern border illegally it couldn't have got here any quicker.

I have a Formula Pro, which has worked perfect for me, for 2 years. Then the USB started to disconnect when driving. I have now contacted Cube Controls two times without any answer.

So great product, but non existent customer service for a 1000€,- product.

Their products are manufactured to the highest standards. And the customer service is excellent and very responsive to any questions or problems. I highly recommend this manufacturer to anyone wishing to have top-quality products.
