Great product, great quality and quick delivery.
The best steering I had so far.

I had a broken spring on my SP01. They realy quickly sended me a spare part and i could replace the broken one very easy because they also sended a video on how to replace it! Great customer support!!!!

It’s honestly a blessing to experience customer support with a personal touch. Quick response, trying to understand the issue, also I feel like they are sim enthusiasts themselves and not only here to make money. Also not shy in sending/arranging options to fix an issue.

This is what I would expect for expensive sim racing gear but they also showed that they are up for the task. Keep it going.

Contact support to buy some custom parts for wheels. Support is great. Fast solutions and reply. Everything was great and user friendly. Thanks Cubecontrols for support and my wheel upgrade. Also for presents 🥰

Customer care as it should be

I bought a Cube Controls F-Core back in December. I bought the two paddle version as I didn’t want to commit to the cost of the clutch paddles if I didn’t miss having them. Fast forward a few months and I decided I did want them after all and placed my order with a UK retailer.

When I came to fit them I did the first with no issues but while fitting the second the connector in the back of the wheel came off the circuit board. I also found that one of the cables from the paddle had come out at the point it connected to the board in the body.

I contacted the retailer and within hours I had a return shipping label for the wheel from Cube Controls directly. As the clutches were less than 30 days old I assumed the retailer would deal with those separately but when I asked them about it they asked me to ship them back with the wheel. Unfortunately the courier had already picked up the wheel. I arranged a return to the retailer.

Within 2 days of my wheel being delivered back to Cube Controls I received a DHL shipping notification saying it was on the way back to me. I had still not had an update on the paddles from the retailer.

When I opened the box after a very speedy delivery back to the UK what do I find? Not only had CC repaired my wheel, they had supplied and fitted a new set of clutch paddles! I could not believe they had done this for me, they had no reason to as they were completely separate transactions and under UK law were still the responsibility of the retailer to replace or refund. They had no obligation to do this yet they still did and got the wheel back to me within 5 days of it being delivered to them

As I said in my thank you email to them, this superb level of service has made me a customer for life. The wheel itself is amazing and solid as a rock even though it’s their “entry level” product. After going back to my Fanatec Formula rim I really noticed how well made the F-Core is!

I would recommend the brand to anyone and if you are unfortunate enough to have an issue you can be safe in the knowledge that the aftersales service is beyond good.

I can only speak of Cube Control wheels. I have two, one GT and one Formula. I love them both. It turns out, their customer service is as good as their products. A small tear began to form on the "rubberized" grip on my formula style wheel. I wrote Cube Control to ask if they could recommend an adhesive to glue the piece down that was beginning to lift. Instead Cube Control paid for postage from the USA to Italy and back again. They wanted to see the issue for themselves and learn what they could. The wheel was back in my hands in about seven days and better than new. Old School customer service! These folks have earned my loyalty as a customer for life. You cannot do better than Cube Control.

The wheel is phenomenal, grip material is good, grippy than my F-Pro, i have a gloves that has smooth padding on the palm and fingers so my hands always slides off the handle.

I’m also happy that they changed the quality of the stickers especially the black background with clear/white font. For the F-Pro it easily peels off.

The throw on the right shifter is a bit longer than the left but I easily adjusted that.

A few suggestions:

I hope they made a blue faceplate and made it easily swappable. Other size grip should have been included in the box.
And lastly, the gap on the top between the front and backplate could have been smoother.

Conclusion:
Overall the wheel is amazing, screen is good just like any high quality vocore, grip shape and material is perfect for me, the buttons are satisfying to click i could say i like it better than my F-Pro, the RGB is similar to the F-Pro.
Performed well right of the box with no issues.

Will definitely buy more from you guys!
