Real good support from the team and great product.
I would suggest allowing the customer to choose between the old soft grip handles and the new stiffer ones.
Also two more side rotaries at the bottom quarters of the wheel as they are in the top would be useful

Great product, but not perfect. The rotary encoders always go more than 1 click in any sim. All of the screws on the exterior of the wheel were loose when I received it. One of the shifter paddles actually fell off within a week. That’s how I discovered the loose screws. The bezel on the screen also blocks the top of the screen unless you angle the wheel just right. These all sound like picky points, but this is a wheel I consider a top tier product and justifies the point of view.

I love my wheel, these are just the negatives.

Everything is very well designed to replicate a real steering wheel, very good to customise the wheel to my race car one as well which is even better for the realism

Excellent wheels with phenomenal custom serivce!

I purchased my CSX3 shortly after it launched. Looks and feels amazing, however I had issues with the shifter paddles. I emailed Cube Controls and within a day Andrea responded. Communication was first class, along with follow up emails. Andrea let me know the team was working on a fix and that they would be in contact with me. A short period of time went by and I was told my new paddles were ready to be shipped. When I received them I was blown away, not only by the quality of the paddles, but the fact they sent me the correct color. Why that makes such a big impression on me is we never discussed color, the only way they knew they were blue was from a couple pictures I had sent them. The team actually looked at the pictures I sent them and addressed the issue. We spend a lot of money on this hobby, it is refreshing to deal with a company that has the integrity to fix an issue rather than just ignoring it. Cube Controls has earned a loyal customer and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Super products, even better customer support

This company is providing top notch wheels at a price that is reasonable. Their price point is a little towards the high end, but every time I use my wheel, I can feel why it was worth it.

Overall I like the wheel design, (I have several brands, including Fanatec and Ascher) but there is a hinge pin on the Cube controls paddle shifter that constantly gets loose, you can be in the middle of a race or practice and the paddle pin falls out, leaving the paddle unusable until the pin is replaced. Thats an issue that the supplier never resolved.

The service level of CC is off of the charts. I report an issue with one of their wheels (of which I wasn't the original owner) and they responded to and handled immediately without a hassle. They even paid for the wheel to be sent to Italy and back! I've since had another issue after receiving the wheel back (not related to the first btw) and once again they're sending me a replacment part so I don't have to be without my wheel for two more weeks. They have a customer for life. Period. Thanks to Andrea and company!!
