Fran , Natasha and Lauren were all brilliant from the beginning to the end of our property being sold, however it was disappointing the experience with DC Law due to the communication

We’ve had a great experience with Cubit & West. The whole team has been very helpful, friendly and supportive during the whole process. Emily Rae processed all referencing extreme quickly and took the stress out of the whole process. Would recommend them as letting agents.

I have been extremely pleased with the way Cubit and West marketed my property which resulted in productive viewings at an early stage of the proceedings.
Julie (Bramble) has oiled the wheels and reduced my stress levels in what has been a very complicated purchase and sale. She was able to keep the chain on track in spite of some difficulties along the way ! She always kept me well informed of progress, in all she has been invaluable!
To sum it up my experience with Cubit and West has been exceptional!

I decided to use Cubitt and West for the sale of my house largely because of the very positive start made during the valuation, it made me feel confident they would be professional and enthusiastic about my home.
The team, Kerry, Kevin, Nick, Caroline and Clair were supportive and showed a genuine drive to do the very best in selling it for me. Their approach to me and the sale was characterised by energy, warmth and efficiency.
I was kept up to speed prior to the first viewings and was also well informed on how they were being organised with feedback coming quickly after the visit. Each member of the team were friendly, polite, informative and I felt I was looked after.
I was lucky enough for the sale to happen fairly quickly and again the team were a great support during the negotiating process and once I had accepted a final offer. Beyond the final offer I was contacted to check everything was running smoothly and the liaising by the team between the purchaser and I was professional, clear and efficient.
I would definitely use this team again if I were in this area and selling or buying.

Ellie was very professional even knowing we just needed a valuation for insurance purposes and not for selling. She was thorough with her research prior to the visit and even had the details from when I bought the house through them. Would highly recommend.

As an estate agent they are pretty standard. Usual sales patter etc, usual mgmt fee rates etc. When I first started renting my place through them I had to do a bit of chasing (three month inspection) etc

However I’m writing this review particularly to highlight one of their team members as exceptional. Thomas Goodchild has been handling all the enquiries from myself and my tenants for the last six + months and he is a star. He is pro active, always ready with a solution, and very empathetic but also hugely professional. My tenants have also commented to me how fast Thomas is to respond and react and resolve queries. He is exactly the type of agent I want to manage my property and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Very professional and very welcoming when we viewed a property.

It definitely makes a massive difference when viewing a potential new home, to have somebody show you around with such warmth and enthusiasm.

Terrible service, lack of communication,
Periodic inspections pointless, they literally let our property get trashed, different staff all the time, can never get hold of anyone when we try to call, DO NOT let your property with them

I have had a great experience with Cubitt & West in Havant Hampshire. They are very professional and helpful answering any questions or queries I had in a prompt and timely manner. Jasmine who initially started my sale was absolutely amazing and very straight talking and realistic in what my expectations were. She moved to another department and handed my sale over to Lorraine and Deborah who were just as helpful ensuring my sale went through as smoothly as possible and updating me when needed.
