I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cullen Jewellery, especially Kit Brawn and Luke Hafford-Robson.

I lost my brand new wedding set while traveling, and I was absolutely devastated. Even so, I never considered having anyone else remake it. I knew I wanted Cullen to create it again.

From the very beginning, Kit and Luke were incredible. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and so patient throughout the entire process. I had what felt like a million questions, and they never once made me feel like a burden. They always took the time to answer everything and made sure I understood each step.

What impressed me most was the level of care they put into recreating my ring. They tracked down the exact specifications and design details from my original order and even helped find a lab-grown diamond that was as close to my original as possible, right down to the ratio. It truly felt like they cared about rebuilding my ring, not just making another one.

Kit deserves a special shoutout. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with. She’s warm, bubbly, authentic, and just so easy to talk to. During what was a really emotional and stressful experience for me, she brought so much reassurance and kindness. I always felt like she was on my side, and that meant more than she probably knows.

Thank you, Kit and Luke, for turning such a heartbreaking situation into something I can actually look forward to. If you’re thinking about working with Cullen Jewellery, I can’t recommend them enough. And if you have the chance to work with Kit, absolutely do. She’s amazing.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca, and she was absolutely amazing. It was genuinely one of the most enjoyable appointments I’ve ever had.

She explained everything so clearly, from what VVS actually means to the differences between lab-grown and natural diamonds, band thicknesses, and all the little details that make choosing a ring feel so much less overwhelming. I came away having learnt so much.

We were also welcomed with a glass of champagne on arrival, which made the whole experience feel really special and relaxed.

I’ve been to the London Cullen showroom before and was looking for a platinum oval bezel which they didn’t have as they only had the gold version so was super happy when they had it in the Adelaide showroom so I could see what it actually looked like ! Yazmyn was great at going through everything with me. I now have an idea of exactly what I want in terms of a ring !

She also offered a lot of expertise and educated us on how the cut of a diamond really changes the overall look of it, which we never really considered. Overall, it was a very curated experience! I went into the Sydney store for an engagement ring for my partner and Ella was extremely helpful during the entire process. From going through all the specific details of the ring and giving recommendations regarding the type of stone and showing many different styles in person allowing me to see in person if the design was something my partner would love. My partner and I recently had an engagement ring consultation at Cullen Jewellery, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth and positivity and offered a selection of drinks. When we sat down for our appointment, there were two glasses of Prosecco waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch and made the experience feel really special.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Emma, who helped me find the most beautiful ring. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and walked me through every possible option, helping me rule out styles that weren’t quite right. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—she genuinely listened to what I wanted and guided me through the entire process with so much care and patience.

Emma’s knowledge was incredible. She explained not only the rings themselves but also the craftsmanship, diamonds, and the overall process in a way that both my partner and I could easily understand. She made us realise that choosing an engagement ring is about so much more than just picking a diamond.

The staff are very friendly and have a great understanding of their inventory to help you find what your vision is. The showroom looks very chic and elegant, and the whole experience felt very elevated.

Madison was incredibly attentive, professional and easy to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she took the time to show my partner and me a wide variety of rings and diamonds.

She was never pushy and didn’t make the appointment feel like a sales pitch. Instead, it felt like a genuine and enjoyable introduction to Cullen’s rings and diamonds.

What really stood out was how quickly Madison picked up on what my partner liked, even from the little reactions and non-verbal cues along the way. She used that to guide us towards the right options without ever making us feel pressured.
