We had such a beautiful experience at Cullen’s. Shania was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. No question felt silly or too much with her. I walked away with so much more clarity around what I wanted.

My friend joined me at Cullen in London and, having no real experience with rings, Golsa was a superstar. I shared which ones I liked from online and she brought them over along with some I hadn't thought of but ended up making the top four for me! I'm still in my search - this was the first outing - but I will certainly be back not just to Cullen, but I'll specifically ask to work with Golsa again.

I had an amazing experience during my engagement ring consultation with Paris. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Paris took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and guided me through the process with genuine care and expertise. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable. I left feeling confident, informed, and even more excited about choosing the perfect ring. I couldn’t recommend Paris highly enough!

Pasha was amazing to work with! We came in knowing very little about diamond shapes, cuts, and ring details, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. She helped us find the perfect shape, and I genuinely felt that she wanted to help us find the best ring for us, not just make a sale. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend! :)

Cameron did a great job helping us and going over the various options available when looking for a ring! We got to look at different colours of sapphires and ring styles and he helped us narrow down our favourites during the consultation when we were unsure :)

Samantha was absolutely fantastic helping us today pick my dream ring! The selection at Cullen is unmatched and Samantha really took the time to understand what we were looking for and was super attentive throughout the whole appointment.
