My partner and I did an engagement ring consultation last week and had an excellent experience. We were lucky enough to get Olivia B from the Brisbane show room. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the process easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the excellent service she provided and would definitely recommend this to others.

Hayley gave me alot of help during my appointment making the whole process a breeze for some one who didnt know too much about what he was looking at. She was patient and gave me every option that was available in a polite warm and welcoming tone. Hayley made this once in a lifetime expierience a wonderful memory and i cant recommend enough.

Ceyda was amazing today!
Walked me through all opinions with rings sizes and was very understanding and informative with the information I was giving and she was giving back about my engagement ring, amazing service! Could not recommend enough!

Caitlin could not have been more warm, welcoming and friendly even if she tried! She was open to hearing our preferences, thoughts and opinions whilst also offering her own opinions, guidance and support. We enjoyed our appointment very much and I ended up coming away from this second one even more confident in my choice! The champagne and beer was a lovely touch and made the consult feel more relaxing. If we were to come back - we’d definitely ask to have Caitlin again!!!!

We were overawed by the service provided by the Team at Cullen Jewellery, Kew. We were greeted with lovely smiles and warmth from the team. We were looked after by Regan, who was very knowledgeable and had answers to all questions we asked. He was very patient and took time to describe the differences, providing his recommendations where necessary because there were a lot of options available. This company is doing a lot right in taking great care of their clients in such a special moment. We will definitely be recommending Regan and the team to our friends.

Ceyda patiently helped me through the selection process and offered multiple different options. Overall a great experience!

We had such a wonderful experience at Cullen Jewellery! My partner Tom and I went in for our first look at engagement rings, and Aysha was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. As it was our first time looking at engagement rings, she made us feel so comfortable and never rushed us, while giving us such helpful advice and guidance.

We really appreciated how knowledgeable and genuinely invested she was in helping us find something we loved. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and are so grateful to Aysha for making it such a memorable one!

We had a wonderful experience at Cullen! My partner and I visited to design my engagement ring and later returned to choose our wedding bands. Imogen was absolutely lovely and made the whole process enjoyable, helping us find exactly what we were looking for.

Cullen have a really excellent vibe, the team make a really safe and comfortable space to work out your dream rings! There is no pressure or sales pitch and all on the information the team shared was really valuable to making our decision.

Our first Cullen experience was such a fun and relaxing process. From the moment we were greeted by Jazz we were made to feel comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. Jazz listened to what we had in mind and nailed my perfect ring in the appointment time. We never felt rushed and we had all our questions answered. The space is very inviting and classy but never made us feel out of place. The engagement rings are absolutely stunning and I didn’t want to leave without one on my finger. I hope you all get the Jazz experience like we did. It was perfect!!
