Your turn around time between being approved to receiving the product is always terrible. It’s also a little annoying to pay for a next day delivery service when it os never next day. I’m constantly having to chase every order to see where it is
Ordered medication through Curate Health, with DPD as their delivery provider.
DPD made no attempt to knock on the door or gain access, despite CCTV on the premises showing what happened. I contacted DPD several times to try to resolve the issue, but despite being told the parcel would be redelivered, it was eventually returned to Curate and the medication had to be destroyed.
I have now been told by Curate that they won’t refund me or cover the cost of replacing the medication, leaving me around £200 out of pocket for something I never received.
What’s even more disappointing is that I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this directly with Curate, but their response has been to simply say they can’t do anything.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Curate Health. When something goes wrong, they don’t appear willing to take responsibility or help their customers, even when there is CCTV evidence supporting what happened.
Absolutely shocking customer service from both Curate and DPD.

Terrible service and undue delays. On my most recent orders. I had to chase my previous order and got an apology that it hadn’t been processed (I had paid though) and my current order, ordered 21.7.26, received 15.08.26 after having to chase again. I won’t be using again after using them for 18 months.

I have always wanted to lose weight and with my knees problem Doctors always said losing weight would help ease pressure on your knees and this was the only option cause I’ve heard many great stories about losing weight minus side effects but manageable plus you get all the support from professionals and they view your progress very closely with all professionals before they describe the treatment highly recommended

Oh Dear Curate, all this over £15. We could have been friends; we could have had continuity of service but your final words have left me hurt.
After being a customer for a couple of years I resubmitted by most recent order after a small break. I wasn't able to get my normal dose of 15mg and was asked to start at 2.5mg. Ok, fair, you're following guidelines and can completely understand this approach to keep customers safe.
As a result i declined your offer as you weren't able to fulfil what i had requested from you and I have moved to another provider.
Then came my refund minus their now infamous £15 admin fee.
I placed this order for prescription medication with the understanding that they would fulfill it upon review of my prescription. However, the curate team confirmed that they were unable to fulfill the prescription. Consequently, no contract for the supply of these goods was ever formed.
Under UK contract law, product listings and initial checkout processes for prescription items constitute an invitation to treat, rather than a binding legal offer.
An offer is only accepted—and a binding contract formed—when a dispenser verifies and agrees to fulfill the prescription. Because they were unable to fulfill the prescription, my order was not accepted, and no contract came into existence.
Furthermore, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding consumer contracts), a trader cannot retain funds or charge administrative penalties for failing to supply goods where no binding contract was formed, or where there is a total failure of consideration on the trader's part. Charging a fee when curate were unable to fulfill the underlying service is unreasonable and legally unenforceable.
Curate came back saying its in our t&c etc but then also stated its in their prescriber guidelines... which aren't publicly available and therefore can't form part of the contract.
Shame Curate, it was going so well. I hope you've made lots of profit from these £15 quid admin fees...

I ordered an Enbiosis kit from Curated Wellness. I paid upfront for the kit, lab fee, and lab results/report. I received the kit, but was not able to submit the sample to the lab because I did not have a "Physicians Code". I asked my Doctor and he said it is not a prescription, they should be able to process without it. But, Curated refused to process or to give me a partial refund since the lab fee and lab results were never utilized. Curated could not tell me who I could get a Code from. I think it's a scam. Beware.

I’ve been using Curate for a while for my weight loss journey. Having done lots of research, they are the best company I’ve ever used for this type of medication. I love how there are always discount codes available and they don’t just think about saving money for new customers, they care about existing customers getting a good deal too. Delivery is quick and my medication is received well packaged. I would recommend this company and happy to say I’ve lost over three stones and feel elated.
