Very slow in comparison to others
If you are ordering from this company then allow plenty of time as they are not quick!! Also they charged me £15 admin fee when I asked to cancel my order because they couldn’t offer me a video consultation that wasn’t during the working day when I am at work! I certainly would not feel comfortable weighing myself in the middle of the office whilst on a FaceTime call! I had already managed one video consultation so wasn’t expecting to have to do another! Medexpress have always been much simpler and so much quicker!

Although I find curatecare to be efficient and helpful dpd does the delivery and they leave it continually at the wrong drop of point and I have to try and track it down

Not the quickest at delivery
Not the quickest at delivery. Quick to take your money, but on three separate occasions I have had to chase the whereabouts of my items. Was told they were out of stock - then tell me! Poor customer service, poor communication,and there are other cheaper companies out there.

Do not order from Curate. They are incompetent thieves. There are so many better options available these days- their dispatch time is far too long and if you complain they won't refund you or will take "admin charges" from your refund even though they haven't fulfilled the order

Warning! Curate is running a scheme where they offer an amazing price on weight loss meds, they decline your ordered dose but keep £25 of admin and consultation fees. It’s a different process than before and their price is higher than most other pharmacies.
