We had the pleasure of purchasing our home from Graham and Hayley at Curchods New Haw which completed last month. The sales team were all very positive, knowledgeable and proactive no matter who we spoke to. When viewings were slow we actively discussed the market and the way forward and Curchods quickly implemented the outcome. Feedback from viewings was prompt and to the point. Amy Skeet at Curchods Cobham showed us the property and since the 1st appointment she was amazing. Not your stereotypical estate agent, Amy was kind, professional, patient and had our interests as a priority not making the sale. Once our offer was accepted Amy assisted in completion enabling us to move in within 6 weeks of having our offer accepted. Kate Dancey was also very helpful during Amy's absence and we are overall very happy with the service Curchods provided us, something rare nowadays. When we went to collect the keys we were given a bottle of champagne and a gift card congratulating us on our new home (along with a Curchods Key Chain), so kind and thoughtful. Although it took a while to sell, in a quiet market, Jordan found a very genuine buyer at a great price, and worked extremely hard to get the chain in a good place to exchange, due to a problem person in middle of the chain

Louis the Assistant Letting Manager who we dealt with was a delight to work with. Throughout the entire process Louis was professional, supportive and extremely knowledgeable answering the many questions we had. Louis always responded to messages in a timely manner and nothing was too much. Jasmine in the Administration Support Team was also very helpful. She dealt with everything in a timely fashion and was very responsive. Once contracts were signed and tenants were about to move in Ashleigh our Senior Property Manager got in touch to introduce herself, again efficient and professional. Based on our experience so far we would highly recommend Curchods Lettings.
