Poor quality and sizing isn’t good .

Tried to return but ended up having to accept a 50% refund as I was told it would be to expensive international postage

I corresponded with someone in the USA

Ordered jeans that so far 5 weeks later haven’t arrived. Supposedly arrived at UK delivery facility but not moved since. Emailed twice and now apparently sending another pair and to expect them “in another few days”! This time the tracking is from China not USA. I do not expect to receive anything and goodness only knows what rubbish is going to arrive after reading other reviews now.

The clothes did not fit my size and the returns experience is a NIGHTMARE. hey have no facility to return to UK despite claiming easy returns if you want a full cash refund you will have to pay to return to USA
Instead they offer you discounts to encourage you to keep stuff that isn't suitable for you !

Don’t take the voucher they might offer you which is a trap.

Have just received 2 tops both looked really nice on website. However out of the packet they are cheap looking and quite frankly nasty.
This site is not CHEAP and charges extortionate delivery fees.
I expected so much more for the price.

None of what is shown on their website is true. Their size chart is total fiction, everything is much smaller than they say. The fabrics are awful and the colours are not as advertised, they are gaudy rubbish. As for their returns policy, that is another lie. As others have said on this website they offer you 30% refund or a gift voucher which you would then be forced to spend in one go on their website. Having read other reviews I decided not to even try to return the goods but to accept a partial refund instead, although I did manage to get this up to 50%. Whether this is ever credited back to my card is another matter... Whoever runs this company must be making a fortune selling pure cr*p. Buyer beware!

I would strongly advise people not to purchase clothes from this website. I bought a trousers that was not a UK standard size. When I asked for a refund they told me I would have to post the pants to the USA at a hefty expense and offered a partial refund instead. It was a complete rip off and the clothing was of poor quality too. I won't ever buy from them again.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase — cheap materials, terrible fit, and items nothing like advertised. The refund policy is unfair, with return shipping entirely at the buyer’s expense. I was offered only 75% to keep poor-quality items, which is unacceptable. The seller says they only have a U.S. warehouse, making returns costly and impractical for international customers. Had to involve my credit card provider for a fair resolution. Would not recommend.

This company should not be able to trade in the UK how are they allowed to get away with trading so badly ? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as you cannot return items , you cannot get full refund 30% only and the clothes are very poor quality .

I ordered 4 items which arrived 3 weeks later after I had chased the order up. All 4 items were too small despite me meticulously checking size details on the website. The clothing was of poor quality and certainly did not look like what was represented on the website. When asking for a returns label I was advised that I would only get a 33% refund of the cost of the goods and I would have to return them at my own expense - is this to China? The other option is to receive a gift card for the amount spent. Anything ordered with this gift card cannot be returned and shipping has to be paid.

Absolute scam. What you see on the website is not what you get. Rubbish quality only fit to be used as a duster. Returns are impossible. Although they claim to be a uk company with a uk registered address their returns are to the USA not mentioned when you purchase.

Warning! This company is selling a striped jumper that I bought from Solara-London which is exactly the same as one I purchased (same picture!) and which is nothing like it or the description. I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. If you want a refund, it has to be sent to China and would cost far more than the item is worth and there was a time limit on it which couldn't be met. The goods shown on this website bear no resemblance to what you receive so DO NOT BE TAKEN IN!

this company is a big scam it took all my money no refund after goods returned the address in bag was to reding and it is New York do not order from these people as they are scammers big time and all the items returned was rubbish a child must I off made them

Like many others I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I can only say that the items which I ordered did not bear any resemblance to those advertised. Ditto the “returns” policy. I am quite new to online shopping but have certainly learned my lesson….the hard way!

Like most reviews on here, what I received looked nothing like what was displayed on their website. Bought 3 items and like others, thought I was dealing with a UK company. Not the case at all. Everything coming from overseas. Bought 3 items, 2 of which were just about wearable although quality of materials was very poor. Worst was a dress, (with apparently 59 5 star reviews???) which I tried to return but no such thing as an "easy return" with this company. Forced to accept a pitiful partial refund. Left a review which they did not publish. I wonder why? Avoid at all costs.

The dresses I ordered were far far too small. When I contacted them they did not want to refund me. It took 3 days of haggling to finally reach an agreement
They say you have to pay your own shipping but won’t give you any information or where to return to. Terrible service. Don’t order from them

Horrendous! Items arrived, nothing like images, material much cheaper and a blue dress turned out to be see through white! Seriously a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only buy items from trusted online retailers. .co.uk which then appeared to be American then was actually china.

Return process operates outside of UK distance selling regulations.
To get your money back suggest lodging charge back with your card issuer.
They need shutting down.
If they use a .co.uk email etc then need to follow UK regulations.

I ordered 3 dresses totalling €98 on 16 May. When nothing had arrived a month later, I made contact to be told that one item was out of stock, therefore nothing had been shipped. Eventually, two items arrived on 24 June. They were laughably awful, complete rags which I didn’t even bother to try on. Eventually it was agreed that the missing third item would be refunded, while my request to activate returns process for the other two items was completely ignored, I was told the refund for the missing item had been processed on 27th June. It never arrived. I’ve had €98 stolen, basically.
One of the two ‘dresses’ received I wear as a nightdress and the other went in the bin. It seemed to be made of plastic and wasn’t even fit to take to a charity shop.
I should have read reviews before ordering.
Buyer beware!

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Products poor quality, sizes not good because they’re far too big but it’s the tactics when trying to return items that really galls me. Returns cannot be made without an address that they won’t provide. They offer a 30% discount and you can keep the shoddy items that don’t fit so they keep 70% of your money or they offer a credit note which would be useless because you won’t be able to return the next set of shoddy items. Trading standards need to close this mob down. Scam company that refuses to reply to emails and refuses to honour returns. DON’T FALL FOR IT. IT’S THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING
