My order was lost by the carrier and after numerous emails between myself and Curvedream, their attitude was one of the problem being my responsibility to resolve. This went on until they then "were over the time to resolve the complaint ". I therefore neither received my order, or a refund.

Do not touch this company. I only wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

I too wish I had read Trust Pilot before making a purchase with this company. A hard lesson learned and I will never buy off the Internet again unless with a trusted retailer actually in the UK which they are not. The dresses I bought were very poor quality and have gone straight to the rubbish tip. You had to be a contortionist to get your head and arms into one and the other was made of an awful plastic like material. Easy returns NOT. Cannot return if you could without labels. There were no labels inside my items!! Decent people being conned out of money.Spread the word please

First email asking for refund only offered 30% and keep items, then 50% and finally 70%. I accepted this, mainly due to postage to America with tracking would have cost approx £35. Hoping to sell the items I kept on vinted to recoup the rest of my money. Very annoying and stressful that you had to keep requesting full refund, I wonder how many people settle for 30%?

Pants i received are not as pictured. I am unable to return because there is no returning at address. No way of really contacting CurveDream except email, which they do not respond.

BE VERY WARY This company has a website address ending .co.uk but returns have to be shipped to USA! Their first offer of a return was 30% and keep the useless items or a gift voucher with NO refund in any clothes purchased from it. After protracted negotiations via email I achieved 70%refund. But still feel aggrieved about the outstanding balance.

What you see is definitely NOT what you get. The items of clothing received were not at all what was pictured or described. Awful quality, look and feel. The 30 day return policy is a joke, they do not have return labels, you have to pay the return shipping to a return address they do not give you as they email back and forth offering you to keep the useless tat they sent you for a 30% refund, or a refund (minus the shipping cost) in the form of a "gift card" for their website so that you can buy more tat. They also specify that anything you buy using the "gift card" cannot be returned.
Typical scam store, I recommend staying far far away.

I purchased a $75.97 dress. It didn't fit so I mailed it back, requesting a refund. The company had stated it required a tracking number but the number on my USPO receipt had faded so I gave them as much of the number as I could and sent them a copy of the USPO receipt showing I mailed the dress back on 4/26 at 1:36 PM. The company kept stating in emails that it needed the correct tracking number and never refunded my money.I will never patronize them again.

I have ordered several items in June. After waiting for a month for delivery I enquired about my order, to be told then that all items were out of stock.
if I had not contact them how long I would have to wait to be notified!
Adding to their delayed response, no urgency to process payment refund either. I was told it will take 3-15 days.
I will definitely not be ordering again.

The built-in support in this tank is a great feature. It gives a smooth, flattering shape and is comfortable enough to wear all day.

I placed an order on 16th July. Today is 24th July and still no email re. my order. Can't track it. They are quick to take money but extremely slow to deliver and inform. I wish I'd read the reviews. Will update if and when the garment arrives.

Hideous dress, which arrived without hang tags and was not as advertised online. A UK size 8 dress was akin to an 8 man tent! I had to get a US Based relative to arrange USA delivery service to return this item to New Jersey, and they still did not supply me with a full refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cheap, nasty fabric and awful customer service. It's a scam and you will likely be very disappointed with any goods you buy from them. All other retailers I have dealt with are genuine enough to provide full refunds, so if you hate the item as much as I did, you will not get your monies returned in line with decent, honest company guidelines. I will spread the word to all I know as I have a vast circle who often discuss and buy dresses from online retailers. This whole thing was shambolic, protracted and extremely disappointing. Use a reputable retailer with sound business ethics and boycott this business to prevent wardrobe malfunctions of the lowest order.

Refunds policy. Easy return within 30 days quoted. But there are hidden agenda's. 30% cash refund or gift voucher. I found that the sizes do not fall in line with other UK clothing agencies therefore the gift voucher useless.

Poor quality clothing & refusal to offer full refund as they didn’t want the clothes returned as the return address was USA! Started with an offer of 30% refund & when I refused they increased it to 50% which I again refused. They would only go to 70%. Clothes went to charity.

This company produces cheap knock offs. I ordered 2 items,a shirt and a jumpsuit. When they finally arrived they were nothing like the illustrations! Good luck with trying to return for a refund. Apparently you have to send them to the USA. I am settling for a 50% refund, as its just too much hassle. So they will now go in the bin.

I have been duped by similar companies twice in the past. You can tell by the models that this is yet another nasty scam.
Something has to be done to stop these SCAM companies. Same people. Different name.

I wish that I had read Trust Pilot before ordering from Curvedream. I ordered a read jacket. The jacket which was delivered is bright orange, very poor quality fabric and looks cheap. The photograph on the website does not reflect just how bad the real garment is in reality

What went wrong? Everything. This is a proper scam enterprise. Selling the product of less than mediocre quality then makes return borderline impossible. Whenever you feel you want to spend money on this - don't do it. You will receive a piece of junk which you will be unable to get rid with.

Don’t buy anything from Curvedream. I purchased a two piece outfit - a dress and matching coat. The coat fit me perfectly but the dress was two sizes too small, and when I attempted to return it for a refund all I got was emails offering me partial refunds, while withholding any address where I could return the items. Everything they have written on their website about quality and customer service is a lie. The dress and coat are both made from cheap, trashy, shoddy material, not fit to wear in public. They did eventually provide a return address in New Jersey, even though the items were shipped to me from Chullora (Sydney) and I accepted a 70% refund given that it would have cost me the other 30% to post it to the USA. Much to my surprise they actually did provide the refund but I am out of pocket and still have the rubbish they sent me.

I ordered a dress from this company well over a week ago and have heard nothing from them re: a delivery date. With the benefit of hindsight I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. In effect they have taken my money, and so far I have nothing to show for it. My advice is don't order from this company!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered the wrong size in error and emailed them immediately to change the order, only to be told it had already shipped!! When item arrived it was very poor quality, emailed to request a return but offered a 30% refund if I kept the dress or a giftcard if I returned at my own expense. Requested a giftcard but never heard from them again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
