Audi was a family and friend recommendation and a sound purchase. Q2 was my preferred model. The customer service was excellent and a follow-up call would have been appreciated to assess my satisfaction with the car.

Personally my husband and I are going through quite a traumatic time and changing our car wasn’t something we thought we could accommodate, even though getting something bigger would have been more beneficial. Paul was fantastic, he wasn’t pushy, he provided me with good information, answered all my questions and made our purchase seamless.
He understood our situation very well, if he’d have been ‘pushy’ I’d have backed off straightaway.

Disaster id buzz 75 plate bought from new. Booked to citygate colindale for diagnosis for 2 days !! Errors after errors , squeeky brakes, dash is like a Christmas tree. What is happening with Vw ? Is this the end ? I think it is.

Being trying to register for last 6 months, same error code which when reported is not actioned.

Wonderful from start to finish. Dominic in particular was very attentive, trustworthy and knowledgable. It’s been Audi for 15 years and I can’t see that changing

After having had a boot fault with my £95k Audi since it arrived they have washed their hands of all responsibilities and decided not to speak to the FOS regarding the issue. 6 months of not using the boot on the dealership recommendations and dismissed my complaint with no comeback.

Karan Gujral was excellent from first contact through to ordering and confirming my new Cupra Formentor. He explained everything perfectly even when applying and getting the finance confirmed. Everything he said he was going to do he did even down to using the local Cupra dealer closest to myself who will dealing with the order and completing the delivery.

Finance clearly explained. Actual cost seemed very competitive.

I am happy that I bought a car from Audi; just tell your staff not to alter the contract to my disadvantage. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would have ended up losing eight hundred pounds.

I was already using VW finance and found it easy to change when I changed to a new Karoq

Easy process, but I asked for help when the interior of the car was the wrong colour and was told that there was nothing they could do. As the finance company you are joining liable as should of helped me. So I had no option but to accept the car or have no transport as my old lease had gone back. I would have been without a car for 3-4 months and had to re apply.
