The 0 per cent and interest options were clearly explicitly explained so I could choose the best option for me and my needs.

30 days on and I had received absolutely nothing from VW. Not even the credit agreement. I chad to contact VW and request my documents. I specifically requested a document with the bhp on as I had received nothing. The document I received didnt have my request on it once received. I now find out I have received the lesser cheaper horsepower car. Very disappointing.

Failed to hand over first van due to body type issue.
But found another van that I was happy with.

I was previously with another lease provider and so far notice a definite uplift in customer service. From the online ease of using the platform to complete paperwork to contacting the customer service and getting through easily I am so far very contented. The support of the Driverline is very helpful.

Mistakes made on the financing deals - at least twice

Really poor first impression. Tried to set up an account and it blanked everything I had typed and gave me this message - no clues as to what I had done wrong. I'm not doing anything for the next hour or so so I'll keep trying to guess which bit was wrong.

Claudy was amazing!!!, He was very helpful on the phone and responded very quickly to questions I had emailed him on. He consistently kept me updated with the process. I had several conversations with him and asked lots of questions that were always answered

All matters dealt with at point of sale. All transactions documented and subsequently confirmed. Representatives knowledgeable and explain every step of process. Basically delivers what’s promised. Good option to have when making such a large purchase.
