Excellent price for golf trolley part

Ordered a new front wheel for my golf trolley came on time exactly what I ordered Happy days

Great service arrived with in two day and has worked perfectly to mend my wheel. Nice one.

The site was easy to fololow and the description of the item accurate. I needed a new front wheel for my Powacaddy golf trolley. It came within the tme stated with all parts and was fitted simply

I required a new motocaddy control switch. And customprogolf delivered at a good price and fast delivery.

Excellent service, I ordered the part needed and it turned up the next day.
Can't complain at that.

Have waited now over 2 1/2 weeks for confirmation of despatch , have made 8 phone calls with no replies , only 1 response to my many emails .
Have ordered form another company and asked for a refund

Very helpful staff. Ed was brilliant at making sure that I was updated with my order status. Items arrived in secure packaging and were as described. Now have a completely revamped Motocaddy S1 trolley.
Highly recommended CustomProgolf.

Exellent service and good communication and delivery time

Placed an order over a month ago. No sign of delivery. Have called many times and just goes to Voicemail and no response. Have emailed several times just to get an update (not complaining) No response.
Have just read all the reviews with similar instances. Wish I had checked the reviews first.
Don’t understand why trading standards have not invested as they have taken our money without fulfilling the contract to supply

I placed an order in September 2022; as of January 2023, I have still not received the item!

I have made several requests to have my money back - No answer and no money back.

You can usually trust UK companies. But not this one! If you read this:

ED,just a useless company, ordered 20t Nov 2022,paid 140euro,including 20str for royal mail.Ed said problem with suppliers,golf parts for my glider still not recieved.UPdate, just recieved email from ED,goods have arrived in his store and he is to send them asap.

Excellent experience with Customprogolf. Ordered a bespoke part for my electric trolley, part arrived and worked nicely. Emails were answered almost immediately, very happy!

Beware of this company.
ON the 28th may this year I placed an order with this company. I was inform it would be dispatched in a couple of days. As of Dec this year I have still not received the order or after many requests by both email and telephone messages ( no one ever answers the telephone) I have not received a refund. Emails and telephone messages are just ignored.

Ordered headcovers for golf clubs.
Unfortunately out of stock, requested a repayment which was duly received without delay.
Would use again, Ed was polite and true to his word.

Im amazed at any poor reviews. Ed gave me clear and precise information, he did exactly as he said he would do and I cannot fault him or his company in anyway. This is the second time I have used CustomProGolf and I would happily use them again and happily recommend them to anyone.

No customer service. No replies to email or anyone answering the phone. Charlatans. Will claim back via credit card company. Do not use.
