Ordered 3 items - spent over $100 AUD - got 2 items but never got the 3rd!
Never got a refund either, as PayPal claimed they provided a valid tracking number.
Yes - for 1 of the items! (They came in seperate packages rather then all in one like you would expect!)

The website promises such wonderful customer service and no trouble with getting refunds/returns - When in reality they cannot even answer emails or provide you with tracking numbers!!
I had no idea these things were even sent!
Seeing as they never emailed me to tell me they had sent them! (Yet they tell you that you will receive an email when the item/s are sent!)

Website makes you think they are quality items from the USA - They are NOT...
They are cheaply made polyester things from Singapore

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. My bad, they gave their address as San Francisco, so silly me thought I was dealing with a reputable American firm, which turned out to be a disreputable Chinese firm using an office address as a cover. The item I ordered as a present did not meet the item I had ordered, but having cost $55 it would have cost me $37 to return to China to get $55 refund, which made no sense. I could have returned it to San Francisco for €18. PayPal and Facebook should block these unscrupulous traders, or at least make sure their home country is made clear, together with their return policies

I ordered a blanket which cost $80. When I inquired about the order status I was told it had been delivered and that I had signed for it. The order had been sent to Georgia instead of Connecticut, so it wasn't me who received or signed for it.The company said it was my fault for providing the wrong zip code, which I find hard to believe since the zip codes are not similar at all. The only way they will replace the package is for me to pay part of the cost. I'm very dissatisfied with this company and its customer service. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to lose any more money to this company. The Maine blanket was to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter who was married there in September. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I pd $47.99 for what looked like a warm sweatshirt (that had the same design as a pair of boots I bought elsewhere). Very thin sweatshirt.. Polyester and definately not "Premium Product". Read return and I would have to pay shipping to Vietnam... LOL, ya I'm going to pay to ship it there to get my $47 back??? Buyer Beware!!! Maybe I can resell on Ebay and get a couple bucks back...

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
Ordered a 3xl cotton and linen shirt. Received a 95%polyester and 5% spandex shirt that felt like a plastic bag. No size labelling on shirt, just on the bag where it said 3xl. By their measurements it should have been a 53" chest, my measured at 41". They answered my email by asking for photos with measurements, which I sent taken in HD, and their response was that they were blurry could I send more. I said that wasn't the whole problem - polyester isn't linen - and had no response. I don't expect anything further from them.
Not mass produced? Rubbish! Came from China. Company address is China as well.

Do not purchase from this company. While they say if you have an issue to contact them because they want you to be happy, not so. While they say their products are not mass produced they are. Furthermore their product is not very good quality and over priced for what you end up getting. I am extremely disappointed with these guys. I emailed them asking for a refund and instead they basically blew me off telling me to keep their inferior product and that I would not be getting a refund. What a waste of money. 😥

This is a horrible company. Caution! Do not order anything from them!!! I ordered a Hawaiian cat shirt and when I received it the colors were nothing like the picture they advertised. The one on their advertisement was beautiful bright colors. The one I received was dull and faded out. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I feel like my money was stolen from me. I would never wear the ugly shirt they sent me.

Bad company. Sends out wrong merchandise with no return address to send it back or get a refund. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sizing is at least three sizes smaller than american sizes. Returns and refunds?? HA! Nope - they say measure the shirt to show us - well guess what they are far from true to size! I wish I had researched before ordering. The variety is great but Quality us terrible. It also says you have to ship to Korea which is absurd as they send from San Francisco. Something or many things are fishy about this company!

Word to the wise. DON’T order anything from Custom Sharks. I ordered shirts for my husband and they came in 5 sizes smaller than I ordered and they asked for pics showing the tape measure and I’ve sent them different ones 7 times now and they still say they can’t see them and won’t send the correct size. These shirts cost me over $80 for two. Be careful who you order from. Facebook ads are mostly scams and from China. 😡🤬🤬🤬

BEWARE... their products are very poor quality and very small sizes.. got a shirt and it was size labeled wrong.. they say it is silk but is a poor quality polyester and very poor workmanship.. after complaining and sending pictures they sent another shirt but it is no better .. from China.. i should of known better.. my bad

Poor quality- workmanship has strings hanging all over the place. Material is cheap. Sent several emails back and forth. Refuse return and/or refund!

Received shirt for husband, it runs very small and he doesn't like the material. I asked for refund. I was told the shirt was great and I was wrong about the material. I was told to just keep the shirt - without a refund. Not cool!

Said that's what I ordered. Told me to keep it and place another order and they would give me 30 per cent off. Not going to trust them with another order. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Live and learn. Proceed with caution with this company.

I wish I would have researched this company and seen the reviews before making the purchase. I made a purchase July 20th. I sent an email to customer service on 8/7 inquiring about my purchase. They did send the tracking info and I received the shirt on 8/9. I didn’t care for the material so I emailed asking about how to send the shirt back and get a refund. Also there were no tags in the shirt stating what materials the shirt was made from or where it was made. They won’t give me a refund even though there website say customer satisfaction is their #1 priority and they say they will refund on their website. Do not buy from this company. They will not refund your money if you are not satisfied and they sell low-quality products!

I placed my order on July 22. They did not confirm shipment until 8/3. It is now 8/14 and still no delivery. Even with ground delivery, the order should have been received long before now. I would like to comment on the shirts I ordered, but I don't have them.

wish could give no stars. Shirts I ordered came but were made from cheap dollar store flag material. Buttons bairly on the shirt. Seems not fully done. When I contacted them for a refund was offered 10% off my $87 order and a discount for more crap from them. DO NOT ORDER TERRIBLE products.

I am very disappointed in the service and the product. I ordered my shirt a little over a month ago and it took two weeks before I even received a email saying that my order was being processed. I ordered a 4X of a tractor Hawaiian shirt. When it arrived it didn't come close to fitting. The 4X was more like a Large. This was my first time ordering from this company and I doubt if I ever order from them again.

I ordered a shirt on 4, July and heard nothing from the company and did not have my shirt. I sent an e mail, since there is no phone number available, and a representative responded that it was being shipped out. After another week and still no shirt I sent 4 more e mails with no response back. As I write this I still have not received my item or any information from this company. Also be advised this company uses several different names. When they took the funds out of my account it was a completely different company name. They say their product is made in the USA but it is all from China. Be warned.
