received an email that my order had been shipped. However, a week later, the carrier has no record of this being shipped despite CustomSharks sending me a tracking number. to me this is FRAUDULENT!

I have emailed CustomSharks, and as of this post, they have not responded.

NEVER order from these charletons!!!!

Hawaiian shirt received a month after ordering. Labeled as 3XL but don't think it is even XL as I cannot even get over my shoulders. Also this is not silk as advertised, some sort of polyester.

Awful material! I bought a Hawaiian shirt. It's like nothing I've seen/felt before. Pure polyester and plasticy. They refused to refund or allow me to return it. Wish I saw these reviews before I bought.

Quality of fabric is similar to Halloween costumes. Threads are loose and construction is shoddy. $12 shirt, okay, but his was $40! I requested to return it and they offered me a replacement. I don't want a replacement, it's horrible, so they offered me a 35% refund. It says on their site if you respond within the stated time they will refund your money and are refusing to do so. I sent photographs and measurements. They even admitted their error and added a 10% coupon for my next purchase, I don't want another shirt!

Took a month to receive shirt. Sizes run small. Average quality and overpriced.

Kinda scammy...but I got my order. Its exactly what I wanted. Took about one month.

A one star is plenty for their merchandise. I ordered a bigfoot mask for my husband and it took nearly 4 months to receive. As if that is not enough insult for quickly taking my money, the mask came with the image of bigfoot's head was cut off when the mask was poorly sewn.
So, now he has a headless bigfoot badly misaligned figure. Not worth the money for the mask should have represented. Oh, I put his picture on profile wearing the mask.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering this Chinese Facebook scam. I ordered the silk Hawaiian shirt in XL. I did receive a shirt, but it was more like Chinese XL, which is US medium. Also, this shirt is 100% polyester. When raising my concerns with Molly & Anna about the poor fit and material of the shirt, I was told it was “Made by Kate Silk.” Their website indicates “Material- 100% Kate Silk” Beware, this is not a silk shirt. Kate Silk is a person, not a type of Silk. Lost in translation from Chinese to English. If you enjoy wearing extra tight plastic shirts during the heat of the summer, then this shirt is for you. Custom sharks refuses to refund, so a PayPal claim has been initiated for misrepresenting the size and material.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a shirt from this company. Ordered one on July 14th and still haven't received it. I did get a tracking number and it hasn't been updated since the 21st. I don't recommend anyone to use this company.

Too late for me too. I ordered a shirt, no confirmation, no communication until I filed a dispute with PayPal and even then it took a follow up email before they responded with a tracking number that they said shipped but DHL and USPS does not have receipt of. I have asked for the refund from PayPal and Sharks Custom. Appears to be a Chinese Company with a US address. They are advertising under different names all over Facebook.

This girl Molly works to many hours. She sent us two reviews on different days and reviews had different tracking numbers. Neither ONE WAS RIGHT AND NEITHER ONE WAS ABLE TO BE FOUND. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY.

I ordered the Afghan Hound mask off the Afghan Hound FaceBook site, and they sent me kittens, mand at that they shorted me one. I ordered six, and I got five. I wrote them, and they argued with me that I ordered kitten. I explained thoroughly that I pushed the order button for the Afhan Hound mask, as it was the only choice offered on that display, and back and forth with them, they refused to correct it. I took a picture of what I got, mailing package, and the count of five, and two moonths later I still have not even gotten the kitten mask I ordered. These masks are cheap crap that I ordered when the cost was $54.00. I told them to pick mine up, and correct it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are in another country, even though it says California.

His company is 100% a rip off. They sent me masks that were broken the scenes work field or stitch in the filters wouldn’t fit inside the hole. They offered to sell me some more to “make it right “

I would give negative stars if I could. I did finally get the masks after more than two months. They're straight up crap. The fabric designs are cute, but it's polyester basically and the plastic piece on the front pops right out. The fit sucks too. I requested a refund several times while waiting for the product, but they just kept sending me tracking information.

This company is out to make a buck on other people. I thought there masks were a good deal until I received them in the mail (2 months after I ordered them). The mask are cheaply made

Horrible company! It’s been 3 weeks since my order shipped. It’s stuck in Illinois. Don’t buy from them!!

Scam. Ordered a month ago. Still have not recieved. Tracking info for shipment was provided but a week later and the package still hasnt been dropped off to DHL.

I am finding this review too late. I placed an order April 15 for three masks. Today is June 16 and after much runaround with CustomSharks and with USPS, it has been determined that this package is undeliverable, and as I type is being returned to sender. Customsharks is refusing to refund my purchase, trying to say it's my fault for not contacting USPS to get the address changed. Well actually I did that, twice, and each time it was shipped to a different part of the country. Finally I got USPS on online chat support on Facebook. USPS says they don't allow people to correct addresses, if they did then people would be stealing mail that way. The vendor has to call them. But this vendor refused to call USPS and told me I had to do it and blamed me for the missing package and is refusing to refund my purchase. I have an open case with my bank now to get my money back. Oh and the transaction doesn't say Customsharks on it, it's excomexptelt which is a dropshipping service, a middle-man. So, covid19 aside, I still don't have the respirator masks I ordered to help us cope with dust storms in this area. From some of the product quality reviews I am reading, maybe that's a good thing.

Ordered May 4th.. bogus tracking number from DHL.. yet receipt says standard shipping - Supposedly California, I'm in Arizona does not take that long. Emails try to pacify with lots of nonsense. They keep saying that its Covid-19's fault. I have emailed regularly. 7-14 days now has turned into a month and a half. I want my money back. I don't want any merchandise, not that there really was any.

I would give no stars if an option.
As with everyone else waited forever. Finally got my ordered and it is crap! The edges are not finished, the designs are either upside down or sewn into the seem. They are small, maybe for a child.
Also bought a sweatshirt. It is not sweatshirt material it's like a stretchy material and again sized for a child. My averaged sized husband couldn't get it over his head.
NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!
Of course they do not respond to me anymore.
