Customsharks 

I ordered several masks from Customsharks in April 2020. I heard nothing from them for a month. I emailed them asking for either my mssks or my money back. I received an email apologizing for the issue and that my order would arrive soon. I received a "Your Order is on the way" email. I waited for 3 weeks and no update on delivery or masks. I sent another email and again received an email from Customsharks explaining this time that it is all DHL and USPS fault. They are working with these two companies and my masks will be delivered in two weeks.

It is now June 15, 2020 and still no masks. I just sent another email to Customsharks demanding that they refund my money or send the masks by the end of this week. I do not expect to ever see the ordered masks or a refund.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT AND YOUR MONEY IS LOST.

Total scam. Ordered back in April still no product and they are refusing to give my money back.

What a horrific experience! Just like the other reviewers, I ordered from them on May 6. Two weeks go by and nothing; no contact, no explanation. I emailed and got the standard vague response. “The tracking hasn’t updated yet”. So, I began my “annoyance campaign”. This is when I flood their emails with a question about my order every day. No response? We move to twice a day. With CustomSharks, I only had to get to daily emails demanding my money back when they magically appeared on my doorstep. Tracking was finally updated to show “delivered”. They finally arrived on June 10, after I had already ordered from elsewhere. The masks are nice but absolutely not worth the effort. RUN AWAY!!!

By the way, the second order was from Contrado.com. I ordered masks with custom photos on June 9. They have already shipped (verified by FedEx) and will be here by June 15.

I ordered many face masks from Custom Sharks on April 17th and still have not received. Like the other reviewer ‘Molly’ responds to my inquiries about shipment with vagueness. This company is a scam! Do not order from them. I wasted over $100. I am disputing charge with my credit card company. What a shame scamming people during Covid 19! We needed them for our employees.

Same as every one else, ordered but not delivered. Has been two months. Anne not Molly emailed me the same crap about shipping
DHL has no record of tracking number. It is a scam!!! I believe the good review is most likely part of the scam as we all have the same story. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Less then one star. Ordered about 5 weeks ago. They say that have shipped but no shipping information. They will not respond to numerous texts.

I have to ditto all the reviews, they have my money, I have no product and the shipping update, well there are no updates, seem bogus.
Facebook and Instagram needs to take down their ads!

Placed order April 24th 2020-- defective items arrived May 23rd, 2020
Based on their Refund Policy the delay in shipping alone qualifies for a refund let alone that the products were defective. Various emails, but now they ignore my emails. Supposedly based in San Francisco but all the emails I did receive were sent after 9 pm CST. Strange time for Customer Service Reps to be answering emails at 7 or 9 pm or later PST if business really in California. Will be happy to give them a positive review if they live up to their own policies and issue refund.

Never received my order. Got several emails from Molly saying shipments are slow and tracking is not being applied. This is a scam and they take advantage of people’s pain. Should be arrested. Do not buy

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!....you will never receive your items and customer service is a waste of time.

It's true that they definitely took a long time to get to me, but I did receive them and use them everyday. SO MUCH more comfortable on my ears than your standard disposable mask (or even most home made ones that I've tried). They don't "sweat" nearly as much as a disposable mask and I wash them on the gentle cycle in a garment bag. I have asthma and CANNOT breathe in other masks. I work in the healthcare industry and have remained Covid free. Is it solely because of the mask? No, but it has definitely helped.

Placed order April, 6th. Filed a claim with PayPal on May 8, pending refund because they claim they shipped. Tracking never changed. DHL has never received package. Per PayPal $ went to Singapore yet they state they are in the US. BUYERS BEWARE SCAM

I wanted to give 0 stars but I can't. 6 weeks to get masks and what a piece of crap. Nothing but a stamped out piece of spandex. You can see through them. Would not give a discount or refund!

Ordered April 15th, followed up 2 weeks later and magically they gave me a shipping tracking number, but status never changed as product was never delivered to shipper. As of May 23rd, still no masks. Credit card company refunded money.

SCAM! Took my money within 48 hours of ordering. Provided invalid tracking numbers that have not moved since May 4th 2020 or can not even be found. Their company address is San Francisco, CA, but the original tracking number said Itasca, IL. Now I have no item, no answers, and apparently no refund in sight.

I got an initial tracking link on May 4th, saying my order had been confirmed and was "en route to DHL E-Commerce Distribution Center." The status remains the same today. I have e-mailed the company multiple times, and "Molly" responds in generalities about their order processing and shipping times, and telling me to be patient. She says "Your package is being packaged. The tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you in the next couple of days. The effects of this crisis are being felt by the entire world. Companies, families, individuals are all having to make sacrifices in order to get through it." What nonsense!!! I could understand shipping times being longer, since international flights are limited, but my order hasn't even reached the shipper yet. It is now May 15th, and I have received nothing. SCAM!!" Ordered Face masks from Customsharks April 16. They claim to be a California company but the Paypal billing was to Singapore. No product. Tracking number was not real and kept changing. DHL said it was not them, to check with the company. Email to the company got no results, just to be patient, but way past the 2-3 days to process order and 5-7 to ship. It was never shipped.I should have read the reviews on FB because over and over I saw that people were charged and never received anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
