Air conditioner screen
I called customer services for advice about the correct hole size for the air-conditioner hose, and they were extremely helpful. The window screen is excellent quality and arrived very well packaged. It has made a noticeable difference to how efficiently the air conditioner works. I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

What went wrong ???? Items came smashed Made out a damaged goods complaint got a ticket 431831 A member of our team will be reviewing this shortly. that was two weeks ago have mailed you twice to no reply

Do Not Use This Company, 1 star is required to write a review, CutMy get Zero stars.
I ordered 14 samples of acrylic at the beginning of July at a cost of £18, I received only 4 samples. I have sent 3 emails and phoned them once to rectify their failure. The 1st email I received an AI generated response saying they will look into it. I phoned, and they said they would resend the samples, nothing arrived. I have sent 2 more emails asking for the samples or a refund and they have ignored both. Do Not Use CutMy, Dishonest Charlatans.
All of the above is my opinion and the experience I received from CutMy.
Now if you want a good Acrylic sheet supplier "Sheet Plastics" are outstanding. Sample box of 60+ acrylic sheet for £25, 10 times more colours and types, also, excellent customer service.

Overall good service...but!
Good service, the cut was right, 2 things stopped it being a 5 star, the initial delivery was 3 days later than original stated, and one side had a few scratches on it, didn't affect the look as used the other.
The quality was as expected and would happily use them again.

We had high hopes!
We had high hopes!! The delivery of the perspex was delayed by the courier company by 2 days as they first tried to deliver to the wrong address, when we eventually received the perspex the packaging was poorly packed and damaged on the one corner and inside the perspex edges had received chips and damage in places. We let Cutmyorder know by email with photos of the damage, but we have not heard back or had any response and to this date have still not had a reply at all. Not Good so could only give 2 stars maximum which was a shame as we had high hopes.

The web page made the process of getting a quote and placing an order ever so easy. Once the order was placed I was updated on progress and given a delivery date which was met. The Perspex panel was very well packaged and it was a perfect fit for my project. If asked where I got it from I would have no hesitation in recommending Cut My.

No Customer Services your on your own.

Customer Services though is diabolical. Sent emails regarding technical issues. Had a AI generated reply twice, saying I would be contacted, no contact recieved be it email or call. Tried ringing, my call was not being answered. After waiting over a week for a reply to my emails I gave in and sorted the problem myself. Personally I wouldn't buy from these again as any problem and you are on your own. They have taken your money so why have Customer Service?
