Kudos to Ivan O. and Jordan from the CUTS Customer Experience Team. My order included three tees for my son's birthday. He lives across the country from me so when the tees did not fit (and it turned out a polo was sent instead of one of the tees), the process for returning I thought would be complicated. NOPE! Thanks to Jordan and Ivan's timely emails and clear instructions, my son was able to send back the items and, as I write this, the replacement order is on its way to him. For this stress-free process, I give Cuts top rating for their excellent customer service. They are a cut above other retailers for the few times I've ever had to initiate an online return/exchange.

Heidi did an amazing assisting me with an issue I came across with my VIP membership credits. I highly recommend CUTS clothing, not only is the quality great but the customer service is even better.

Cuts is a great company. I've been purchasing from them for years even though I'm in Canada and it's a bit more expensive. Their quality is top notch. I still have the shirts that I've purchased from day 1 in my closet. If you're looking for a clean t-shirt or henleys without excessive branding, these are a great choice. The support is also very good and helpful. I had a problem with my credits. I couldn't make a purchase for about two weeks so that needs to be looked at. Support was very patient though and helped me with a work around. Thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM CUTS! Negative stars for customer service. To make the customer service experience matter even worse the QUALITY is awful for what they charge

I've been a loyal part of the Cuts clothing family for several years. I love the fit of their clothing and really appreciate their personal correspondence whenever I need further assistance. The clothes look great and fit great. I would highly recommend!

We had a problem with our order, but they resolved it immediately and with excellent results. Their customer service is very good.

My boyfriend and I have been wearing Cuts for years but I few months ago I ordered a mystery box of tee shirts and ran into so many issues. The first issue was I received a pair of shorts. I wouldn't have minded since it was a mystery box even thought it was supposed to be all shirts, but the size was way too large for my boyfriend to wear. I emailed the company and with a lot of back and forth sending pictures, them claiming it was supposed to be there and then not, they finally agreed to replace the shirt. They asked me what i preferred and i asked for a long sleeve of any color but maybe blue because i received a black tee, green tee and grey long sleeve. When i received my new shirt in the mail, it was the exact same as the black tee I had already received in the initial package. I emailed again asking for something different and the support was so unhelpful. I had to send pictures of both tee shirts, then i had to send them together, then I had to send all of them and it was just such a hassle. In the end, they never responded to my last email and never replaced the second black tee.

After posting my review i received an email from Ivan who was extremely helpful. They sent me a new shirt and a discount code for my troubles which was so nice of him. I really do love the quality of these clothes and will remain a customer. Thanks Ivan!

I live in Canada and placed multiple orders with Cuts recently. When I received my orders, it seemed like changes had been made to sizing of certain shirts. And I was quite frustrated. But Heidi provided excellent customer service and we reached a resolution that I was super happy with. I’ll continue to be a Cuts customer for a long time! Thanks again, Heidi!

There was an error with my reward points and the customer service team got back to me quickly and after a couple of back and forth emails, fixed the issue.

The timeliness of the request was a shock. I was sent the wrong shirt size and color. My shirt was picked up the next day and my correct shirt is being sent now.

On another note, this brand of shirt has been my favorite. Can dress athletic or casual with them. I love the fit and texture of this brand.

I had made the mistake of having my package from Cuts sent to my old address. The customer service team in the matter of 2 days set up a new delivery at my new address. They were so nice, attentive and moved at a fast pace to correct my mistake.. I will be buying from Cuts more often!! Thank you
