THIS IS A GRIFT. I agreed to pay 90 CENTS and ended up charged THIRTY DOLLARS!!!!! You can't unsubscribe on the website and the charges are recurring. No contact number, only a blank form with no stated email recipient. I've been working for days to cancel my subscription, emailing back and forth forms. Save yourself from this total scam and just use Microsoft word.

Scam Alert !!!!!
Express CV is such a horrible site and i wonder why they have not been taken down.
An initial 0.9 usd offer for their clumsy CV review has now further claimed 29.90usd twice from my account. All efforts to cancel this anomaly has not been effective with the poor or rather non-existent customer service they render. I had to proceed to block card which is definitely annoying.

I have had exactly the same problem as…
I have had exactly the same problem as reported by others. Getting to the bottom of the actual provider is proving very difficult. So far, £29.90 has been taken out for 3 months having only agreed to pay 90p.
It would seem to be a serious scam.

This is a total scam. I agreed to pay just 0.99£ to download the CV, never agreed on subscription. One month later found out I have been charged 29.99£ without any notification email etc. I wrote them asked for a contract where I agreed to subscribe, never received such. The send a cancellation form in pdf difficult to be completed online,however filled it in and send back without signature. HOW COME I WILL PROVIDE SIGNATURE TO SCAMMERS THAT HAVE MY BANK DETAILS AS WELL. Never received any confirmation and was charged again. THIS IS TOTAL THEFT. I had to block my card. Started bank dispute and will report to the police as well. THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED after so many victims.

As many have stated, they claim this is a CV builder and that it costs 0.90p, they then proceed to take another £29.90, when this is raised they send a cancellation form, however after that they start ignoring emails, and apparently never received the cancellation form even though there is full proof on my emails. They are now saying that the refund won’t be sent ect. Very nice during these times.

Second review on these SCAMMERS! Now they want to comment on each review that its the wrong site BULL its not!! They took the wrong amount R506.200 from my account- thats NOT whats been advertised. They ignored all of my emails up until now on purpose, just to tell me its past the cancellation date so they will not be refunding me, but please bare in mind I canceled immediately on 13 Sept 2020 send in my cancellation form “that they never received “ but they received everything up until the cancellation form. I send proof of my emails date everything, no refund .These people are scamming left and right AND NO YOU ARE NOT THE WORNG company! You people are stealing peoples hard earned money and being very untrustworthy and a HUGE SCAM!

Stay well away from this joke of a company, absolute scam!! I purchased my Cv for £0.90p only to find the next day they had taken £29.90!! And it seems they’re are doing it to an awful lot of people the rats!! I’ve been onto my bank and had to request new card and opening a dispute for a refund.

I've been scammed paid 90p for a cv and nest day took 29.90 there was no mention of a subscription and after looking on website ive contacted them for refund within 7 days. No response. Do not use this company!!
