Like the other victims, I had willingly paid £0.90 for a one off template, only to find that another £29 has been debited WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION. This is theft and I am intent on challenging this.
The only reason I gave this one star is because I couldn’t proceed without selecting a rating. It’s definitely not worth even a single star!

I am heartfully dissapointed that i got my cv edited through express CV and the amount displayed was 1.9$ and they have deducted 127 AED from my account which is 100% Cheating , The cv quality and fond is very poor . Kind recomendation not to go through these online portals and get cheated . I had kept this money for my 2 Weeks Food Survival , I am cheated

the WORST company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I authorised a payment of £0.99. They decided to take £29.90. I am now being refused my money back. Effectively they stole my money and i’ll be taking this as far as is necessary. Stay well clear of these scammers!

This company is an absolute SCAM! thought i was getting a good deal on a CV for my college work,this website looks so legit. next thing i know £30 is gone from my account!! bad do when you're a college student. would advise cancelling all of your credit/debit cards immediately, not worth the hassle at all.
DO not bother calling the number that they leave in their responses, that company have absolutely no links to these scammers.
this company provide a 'customer service/help' telephone number, which by the way, have absolutely no links with CV express as the will tell you themselves. do NOT waste your time. robbing b*stards

They have no telepone contact and no email address.You complain through thier online form.They reply in french and do not acknowledge your complaint at all.
They will continually each month take 29.90 from your account and ignore your complaints.The bank has been informed.

This is fraud! Scammer! They will show on their ads that you just need to pay $1.9 but at the same exact time when you made a payment they will charged you with another $29! Been sending emails for the refund of the extra payment that has been charged to me but no one gets back to me! Be fair you people! I was just trying to create my CV to find a better job and earn better income in a fair manner unlike you people! work and earn your own money and be just and fair to everyone! Crooks - do not use this site.
Took 29.90 out of my account without any authorisation. My CV also disappeared before I could download it.
Have received and completed a cancellation form after complaining. Form in pdf format and very difficult to print. All to make things as difficult as possible . No mention of any refund at all. Apparently I'm not getting one according to their recent message.
This site is a license for utter thievery.

They are bloody scammers sitting somewhere in Europe first person who did a positive review in January 2019 is I think a scammer and fraudster, I reported him to several websites who ever is a victim, cancel your all bank cards and get new one plus check your credit history they use your CV details to do further frauds.
