Biggest scam out there! used the services once and get charged £0.90 for downloading ONE cv. I then send an email to the customer services team and the responses are inconclusive, no definitive answers being given; just political phrases used to sugarcoat the fact you're being SCAMMED. I have been billed for three months now, after sending an email in January stating I wish to cancel my subscription. I have been charged for three months. coming to near £90. It's not only until today on the 24th of April, but I also get a response with a cancellation form which is not possible to fill out through PC devices. Now I have been in contact for over 3 months, and it's only taken until now... unbelievable. I expect to be reimbursed for the full amount, zero exceptions. There is also no contact number for this company. I have contact their team and they are no use. Can anyone help me in trying to get back my money please, as this scam of an operation should pay for their actions.

I’ve never used this service, they do not have a cancel subscription option on their page,
They have taken a 29.90 for the last 4 months without my permission and there is no way of cancelling. They will write on this review saying it is for the wrong site, it’s not true they just lie.
It’s terrible to think people who are looking for job help are being robbed £30 a month by a company with no support DO NOT USE, I wish I had read trust pilot first.

Rubbish website tricks you with nice designs and cheap price which they say it’s 0.90p for 7 days then straight away when you check your account they will deduct £30 this is very sad but I am happy I manage to get my card blocked through my bank.

The same thing has just happened to me, I am out of work because of the coronavirus, and needed a cv to apply for a part time job, to help feed my family through this terrible time, i ordered a cv at £1.90 and they took £32 out my account, now I am left with £10 to feed my family of five, they have no contact number, I tried to contact them through email but no reply, my bank said to call them soon as it stops pending and they will take it to a depute, I am in total bits with worry, why after all these reports and complaints is this fraudulent company still available on the Web, to do this while there is a world wide crisis is beyond awful and I will be contacting the national newspapers and police to get them prosecuted

Scammers. As with other reviews (which I only saw afterwards) I paid 90p for a download and they’ve debuted 2 lots of 29.90! My bank are looking in to it but I’ve had to cancel my bank card as no other way to stop them. Thieves and fraudsters!!!
