I received an invoice and extra charges for no payment from this scammy website, which I didn't even know it existed until the payment E-Mails. I never entered this website and even less used it or registered on it. I have now a ludicrous invoice of 100€!!!

My 17 year old son who is a student looked at this website for help with a CV. He did not subscribe to it and only realised today that they have been taking money out of his account. He did not provide any bank details. We have contacted his bank and they are investigating and said that as he did not have enough funds in his account to cover the £50 subscription fee, CVneed have kept returning to his account every couple of days to take more money from it whenever it becomes available. He is a student and would never knowingly sign up to something he has no way of paying. I am hoping he will get his money returned as it was taken from his account without his consent. I will not be providing my email address as I do not want this company to have any of my details.
Signed by an angry mum.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an invoice of €365 that I recently received from your service. I would like to state clearly that I did not subscribe to any paid services on your platform, nor have I used CVneed for any further steps such as applying for jobs or accessing premium features. I have been receiving such mails since last year and a threat to sue me.. please work on this.

This site is a complete scam. At first, they told me to pay €50 for something I never even signed up for. I never used their service, never made an account, nothing. But when I didn’t pay, they kept sending messages and raising the amount – €50, then more, and more. Every time I thought it would stop, it just got worse.
I’m a single mum trying to get by, and I honestly can’t afford this. The stress this has caused is awful. I feel tricked, scared, and helpless. No one should go through this.
Please don’t use this site. They target vulnerable people and pressure them with fake threats and rising fees. Report them if you can. Just stay away. And I will be taking action with police

Update: the problem is still not resolved. The feedback from CVneed seems to be from a bot!!! I have lost money, so hope everybody don’t make a mistake like me.
A scam surely. I used one time without registration and CVneed charged me a small amount. It is ok until I was charged 70.19 AUD for 1 month! I have not received any confirmation email of registration or receipt. Stay away from this website!
