I’m only 16 years old, and I feel completely lost and overwhelmed. Cvneed claims I signed a contract with them in April, but I didn’t even get a single email from them until June. That was the first time I even heard about it. No confirmation, no explanation — nothing.
Suddenly, I’m being told I owe money for something I didn’t even know I had. I never saw a contract or got a clear message explaining what I was signing up for. And now they’re sending me threatening emails about debt collection.
This has made me feel so anxious and helpless. I don’t have the experience to deal with things like this, and it’s not fair that I’m being treated like an adult in a situation I didn’t understand. I’ve tried to explain, but they keep repeating the same answers and acting like it’s my fault.
I just want people to know how this has affected me. It’s really upsetting, and no 16-year-old should have to go through something like this alone.

i don't know about the subscription they stole my data from somewhere and made a subscription with my name then sent the invoice to my address i am not gonna pay anything to those scammers. I will take it to the authorities my lawyer said that's illegal they can't just make a subscription and after 2 months somehow send the invoice to my address they need at least to confirm the subscription or send a receipt with subscription details and take bank or card info and if i don't pay they have to stop the subscription.

I don’t know about the subscription I emailed that I want cancel my subscription they said we cancelled and today date is 05-06-2025 and they take direct payment again from my account what the hell is going on why you guys are taking payments without permission if I didn’t get my money back I have all the emails of cancellation i go to court for this issue

I initially left a bad review about CVNeed a few days ago, and today I received yet another email from them. I want to make it very clear: I never created an account with CVNeed. They somehow got access to my personal data without my consent, and are now harassing me to pay a subscription fee for a service I never signed up for.
This is not only unethical — it’s potentially illegal. As a resident of Germany, I take data privacy seriously, and I am currently looking into taking legal action against this company for data theft and attempted scam.
If you are experiencing something similar, I strongly urge you to report this to your local data protection authority. For those in the EU, this behavior may violate GDPR regulations.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Another Victim of CVNeed – Please Read My Experience
Thank you, Mahboobullah, for raising this important warning.
I am also one of the many victims of CVNeed.com’s deceptive practices. Like you, I had no idea I had subscribed to anything. Here’s what happened in my case:
• I never received any clear cost or subscription notice during or after visiting the site.
• Without my consent, I was sent multiple invoices — €30, then €26 — totaling €86, even though I never used any paid services.
• One of their team members admitted that one invoice was sent due to a “technical error” — yet they still continued demanding payment.
• I also faced a similar issue last year with them. This appears to be a repeated pattern.
• All their emails landed in my spam folder, so I had no chance to cancel or respond in time.
• Despite all of this, they continue to send payment reminders and legal threats.
After researching, I found dozens of nearly identical reports — some users were charged up to €400! It’s now very clear: this is not an isolated issue, but a well-organized, unethical scheme.
⸻
🚨 My Current Actions:
• I have reported CVNeed to the German Verbraucherzentrale (Consumer Protection Authority).
• I am preparing a formal police report for fraud and data misuse.
• I’ve submitted a GDPR data deletion request.
• I will publish public warnings on Trustpilot, Google, LinkedIn, and report them to EU regulators.
⸻
📢 To other victims:
Please do not pay unless they provide official proof of consent and usage. Document everything. Report them. Stand united. We must stop this pattern of exploiting job seekers.
Thank you again, Mahboobullah, for speaking up and protecting others.

Pathetic and suspicious feels like a scam. Stay away from CVneed!
I’ve never signed up for CVneed, yet they somehow got my email and personal details and sent me an invoice asking for €84 for a subscription I never agreed to. I’ve never clicked on anything related to a paid service.
I even checked my inbox thoroughly there’s no email or confirmation about any subscription activation on the date they mentioned.
Then came the invoice. When I contacted their support team, they claimed I had manually activated the subscription which is completely false. Why would I activate a paid service I never intended to use?
They told me to click on a “Cancel Subscription” button, which I did yet I continued to receive new invoices for this unwanted service.
I have no idea how they got my personal information, and this entire experience feels highly suspicious and concerning.

I received an invoice for 75.50 euros and I didn't even visit your website. Where did you get my address and name?
How did I subscribe when I did not agree to that or anything like that?
This is outside the legal system.
I am a young man who does not have enough food for my daily needs.
