We bought a large table and 4 chairs a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with them. So when it came to finding a bistro-sized table for a small sunny corner to use with one of the chairs, I thought of this company and found the perfect one - solid and foldable, big enough for 2 people to use, but small enough to be easily moved around and stored. Priced very reasonably too for the quality of material and construction.

Bit of a shocker to get it delivered within 3-4 days of ordering; I was expecting it to take quite a bit longer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cyan, as our experiences with them have been very positive.

We received an excellent service from Start to Finish when we bought a Memorial Bench from Cyan-Teak Furniture. My sons bought the Bench for it to be placed in the Cemetery in Memory of Their Dad . the Ladies we spoke to were very Polite, Friendly and Helpful. On the Bench being delivered we even more Surprised - It was even better than what we expected. Thank you ALL and I would recommend anyone to buy from this Company.

I wanted to buy a new bench by phone as I find online difficult. The person I spoke to was friendly and she made it easy to complete the purchase with my card. It took about five minutes, and I was given a date and time for the delivery. Two days later it arrived, as promised, and the driver patiently unloaded and carefully wheeled it into place. What a beautiful, chunky, comfortable bench. Many thanks ! I love it and so do the family.

Our garden bench was delivered as promised in a very timely manner. We are extremely impressed with the quality, finish and workmanship of the bench which exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic in our garden setting and we cannot recommend Cyan highly enough and we will certainly be purchasing from them again.

We have been searching in vain for many months, for some high quality, solid teak garden furniture, to replace our old furniture.
We wanted to be able to actually view the furniture before we purchased, and Cyan Teak was rare, in that they have a showroom in Coulsdon.
Travelling from Yorkshire, it was a long day (450 miles round trip !!!), but well worth it, to confirm the quality, BEFORE we bought.
The delivery process was excellent.
Cyan Teak agreed a delivery window, contacted us to confirm nearer the time, gave us an estimate of when our furniture would arrive, and the driver called us as he was leaving his previous drop, to let us know that he would be with us in 25 minutes time.
A very personable young man (Shamek) unloaded his van, and assembled our table extremely professionally, whilst I unpacked our chairs.
A great experience from start to finish, we are delighted with the quality of our furniture, and would have no hesitation in recommending Cyan Teak to colleagues, friends and family.

First class experience of ordering a memorial bench. I managed to omit ordering the plaque in the first instance and had to add it, the person who helped me add this sent me photos of the font and the size and how my wording would look and added it to the order checking commas and capitals. Truly wonderful customer service. I was kept informed of delivery schedule and it has arrived and is a beautiful bench.

Great service all round from contact with the office to delivery of the teak table and chairs and Balmoral bench. Very pleased with the quality and condition of goods. Delivery driver built the table and installed the bench with me all before 8am. I've now recommended Cyan to my village hall committee who are looking for a memorial bench for the village green.

Excellent customer service and great quality furniture! I ordered a large parasol from Cyan and everything arrived quickly and is great quality. I had bought a slightly cheaper one from their returns stock, so it was missing the cover. When I enquired about this after seeing some fading on my canvass, they sent me a free replacement canvas and gave me a large discount off a separately bought cover. Delivery was free and prompt. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service I've received and I'll definitely come back to Cyan when I need something else. I'm very impressed!

When I was buying a bench for my school grounds to mark my retirement, i am so glad that I chose Cyan. They are a company that will go the extra mile, and their customer service was fantastic. I know that the school will get to enjoy it for years to come!

All through from ordering to delivering the company has been first rate. The driver who delivered the order took great care and was anxious that the bench was placed why I required it. He was polite.
