Cyclinq .com works with you

I'm happy with the email and the help I got from the company. I wanted to resolve the issue of why my Fly 6 stopped changing over from red to green after charging. With the companies help we resolved the issue. Even though they are located in Australia, and take a few days to get resolved GREAT JOB, THANKS .

Cycliq Fly pro camera

I recently bought a Cycliq Fly pro 6 new off a Ebay seller so I am not reviewing the company but the item.

The fly pro 6 is absolutely brilliant 👏 I've used it on a few rides now and the quality of the item is top notch.

The videos are crisp and in focus, the camera has a built in stabiliser which you can see from the footage. I can use the wifi and upload the videos from the Cycliq app directly to my phone.

This is a game changer and ive noticed cars seem to be giving myself a wider berth now.

Great camera we'll worth the price.

The whole team at Cycliq HQ were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me with my enquiries.
I’ve been a fly6 user since 2016 and the build quality of my original unit was superb. As the company strives to improve and innovate their products I will continue to support them.

i want to give a huge thanks to the…

i want to give a huge thanks to the cyclic support team. i wanted a front facing camera. i liked the features of the cyclic fly sport 12 front camera. however, i was concerned about some of the reports of poor customer support from cyclic. i decided to take my chances and purchased the fly sport 12. a year and a couple of months after purchase, i noticed my camera randomly turning off during the ride. often times only after 2 hours of recording and the light set at low pulse. so i went on line to try some of the on-line trouble shooting. the bench test showed i was getting poor battery life. i contacted cyclic support and was given more suggestions to correct the problem.. none of them worked. i was frustrated because this was not a cheap camera. and when it worked, it was great unit. i don't think there is much available that matched the features this camera had. i then contacted cyclic with the results of the trouble shooting and expressed my frustrations. they offered, as a courtesy, to accept my camera in return for a new camera. i did not expect this level of support!! and the replacement is working great!! thank you!!!

Great Products & Service

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but on the two separate occasions I have dealt with customer support at Cycliq, the experience has been fantastic. The team are responsive and pragmatic, and seem to have their customers' experience as a priority. Whether it be dealing with delivery queries or sorting out technical issues, I have had a strong sense that they genuinely care. The two products I have purchased from them (Fly12 Sport and Fly6 PRO) are very well engineered, and in my experience so far, they just reliably work.

I’I’ve been a Cycliq customer and supporter

I’ve been a Cycliq customer and supporter since they began, owning most of the Fly6 and Fly12 models. Sure, there’s been a few minor issues along the way but these have been quickly resolved by the team. They have always been quick to respond in a professional and friendly manner.

The release of each new product has now evolved into a state of the art light and camera system. Unfortunately, I’ve had my fair share of close calls and intentional rage incidents. These have all been resolved by the authorities, either via court or infringements. Without the Fly footage, I doubt whether any would have been resolved.

Best customer service ever
Got a issue with my Fly6 and they send me a new one sealed with all the accessories.
Cameras are working great,video audio and light mode are working great.

Great support

I did wonder if being separated by a few miles (other side of the world) would be an issue. But customer services, in particular Roger, were really helpful and quick in solving the issue.
A replacement Fly12 sport is on the way. Thanks

Great support!

I have had a Cycliq light for a year now the light has been very reliable. I had a support issue I reached out to Cyciq directly, their customer service was fast and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back out on my rides with the light. I am a user of Cycliq lights for life because of the reliability of the light and the great support of the company and customer service department! Thank you

When I got my Fly12 in December of 2023…

When I got my Fly12 in December of 2023 I pretty consistently read two things when checking various cycling forums: Great camera, lousy support. The "lousy support" gave me pause but I bought anyway. It is a greta camera. I had to use support recently and despite the negative reviews my experience with support was outstanding
