Exceptional customer service. I bought 2 power banks from a reseller and the first one was faulty on arrival the second one lasted a little longer.
On both occasions, the power banks were replaced quickly and effortlessly. Additionally, the replacement products are excellent. I will buy them in the future and recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable and highly effective PB.

I contacted the customer care team about a power bank that was not working properly, after almost having it for two years. Their customer service is exceptional, I received a response on the same day. Sean (the member who responded) sent out a replacement for me immediately. I have been purchasing Cygnett’s products for years and have also recommended them to my friends and family. Their products are great and very durable. Now I can add great customer service to that too!

I had bought the wrong item, yes it was old, but still... I asked if I could return it - I was told to donate it or give it to a friend, and a new correct product would be shipped free of charge...
Now that, friends, is the definition of Customer Service.

I recently purchased Cygnett leather case holders for Apple AirTags. While I have yet to "test fly" this latest purchase hence the four star rating (and certainly not the first from Cygnett) I have no doubt that it will prove to be most satisfactory and consistant with the quality products distributed by them.

Charges well and manages to charge still through my thick protective phone case. Excellent charger, especially for its price! Great for my work desk.

I have a very good super fast portable charger. Then I experienced cygnett customer service post purchase and it was just as premium as the product that they supplied me with.

The 20k powerbank works perfectly on my travel. The customer support was excellent with response and quality to provide the product warranty period exchange/ replacement.
