Can't be trusted
Bought a katalysator from their website, wrong one delivered, badly made, bad weldings, they wont take it back to look at the poor quality.
Is wrong by almost 1 centimeter... Awfull site, no service and not possibility of making a complaint case.

Very very bad service!!! I have ordered tire and I have chosen delivery place which is a mechanic shop. After a few days I called mechanic and they told me that My tire has not been delivered yet but They are going to summer vacation today so I cannot pick up my order until they come back.I called Dækonline customer service and they told me it’s not their fault that delivery place is closed it’s my fault that I didn’t check before I order if delivery place open or not :))). I told If you offer me a delivery place so it’s your responsibly if place open or not.they were really rude and arrogant and they didn’t help me.I will Never never again shop Dækonline.

Dæk on line not to be trusted.
Not to be trusted. Very bad service bought 2 uniroyal 165/70/14 T Rain exspert 3 from them and they were mounted properly on the rim the guy actually pushed them on the rim with tyre soap. So mo machine was used. One of these exsploded on the back of the car lucky not on the front or we would have had a serous accident.
We were told to make the tyre ready for pick up which it still awaits. With out seeing the tyre they said that it was a mechanical problem. What happened to the tyre was not mechanical and what happened was the metal wire bead of the tyre had broken away from the tyre causing a total air loss.
But thease Dæk on line will not cover it.
Dæk on line are not to be trusted regarding reclamation’s .
