Ibrahim handled my call excellently

Ibrahim handled my call excellently. Firstly it took 40 mins to get through and once Ibrahim attended the call he couldn’t hear me and call got disconnected. He rang me back instantly which was amazing service and then he managed to divert my calls to another number as my broadband was down externally and he arranged for open reach to come inspect further. Top service from a top man!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Very helpful and knowledgeable. After over 50 minutes on hold the call dropped and even though there were 20 in the queue he called back to finish the call. Great service.
