Don’t use online purchasing
I truely do love the clothes but the online experience is so bad I’ll never use it again. Ordered early November and received one item out of the 3 ($15postage for a small pair of socks) highly suspect they’ll cancel the other 2 items. This is the third online order I’ve had that has been messed up, should have learned my lesson from the first which saw all items cancelled except a pair of earrings, again sent with a $15 shipping fee… if you have the ability to purchase from a physical store, do that. Online is rubbish, trying to contact them is useless they never get back to you.

Wish that I could give them negative stars. PLACED MY ORDER in November pre Black Friday Sales. I received one item out of 6 ! No response from Dangerfield until 2.5 weeks pass. Response : Here's a $10sorry coupon to use on your next purchase ( umm hell No ) After sending several emails only response received was oh we're transitioning. One tartan pinafore received from Factory X from Dangerfield. 8 emails not even responded to. The matter has now been escalated in PayPal and I will NEVER purchase from Dangerfield Again. -10/ 0
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent an order back weeks and weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my emails. I will never buy from them again but for now I am $118 out of pocket. Something needs to be done about them. So frustrated and angry. Their phone number goes nowhere as well.

I also wish I had read these reviews. Worst customer service ever, they just don’t respond. I’m waiting for a response from Atinder, who apologised that the dress had not been shipped, but that it was on a sourcing list. Why is it advertised on your website then, with a shipping timeframe? I was offered a refund. Have replied to this email and it’s been over a week and Atinder has not followed up with me. I want my refund now as I have had to now but something different for my sister for Christmas.
I even got a “we’re you satisfied” email from them when they haven’t resolved anything. Will never shop with them again unless they can turn things around and quickly!

Don’t expect to receive your online order
Placed an order over 4 weeks ago, pre Black Friday sales and still has not been sent, just excuses from support team. No indication on when it will be shipped.
Avoid at all costs
Placed an order over 10 business days ago/two weeks with express shipping paid, after six (business) days passed I still hadn't received any dispatch information so I sent an email enquiry, it has taken them four business days to respond to my enquiry.
Their response was simply that they'd lost a bunch of orders when moving their website across (?) and that mine was one of them, and they'd let me know once they dispatch it, also gave me a heads up that a few of my items have since sold out, but did not tell me which items and that they would be refunding those items once my order was finalised.I was then offered a coupon for 10% off a future purchase with them, which is absolutely pitiful, as if I'd want to do any more business with dangerfield.
This order was quite large, 18 items in total, placed over the black Friday sales, so it makes absolutely zero sense that dangerfield would be transitioning a website during this period, it's either poor planning or negligence and I suspect both.
It's been 14 days in total, since I placed my order, I haven't received a dispatch time yet or any future indication of when to expect one, an update of what items I would be supposedly receiving, and zero compensation. I have put in a request for a full refund and haven't heard back.
I paid for express shipping so I would have peace of mind that Christmas gifts would arrive by early December.
While the clothes and accessories are cute, I would advise avoiding this company in the future, express shipping is a scam, customer service is virtually non-existent and even if they were to ship my items out immediately I'd only receive half of what I'd ordered if I was lucky, as far as I can tell from looking at what's still in stock on their website, seeing as they do not care to tell me what items are available.
Avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle.

Wish I’d read reviews before spending a lot of money on this business, now having received nothing in return and zero explanation from the company.
I ordered a month ago and have not had any correspondence regarding my order other than the initial order confirmation. My order appears to have not even been dispatched yet. I put in a brief support request 10 days ago regarding this situation, and have still had no response.
Given my experience with delivery I can only imagine that returning any unsuitable products (if I ever get them) will be so much of a hassle I will be unable to do it in time.
Received part of order, bad customer service
UPDATE: the day PayPal contacted Dangerfield and issued me a refund I received an email from their customer service. I had already received the refund so didn't bother with trying to reship the remaining items.
I made an order on the 19/9/22, paid express shipping. I received 3 out of 8 items. I've emailed and tried to contact customer service many times. I even lodged a complaint through PayPal and waited a week for a reply. Fortunately PayPal is now escalating the dispute so hopefully I will receive my money back.
I will never buy online with Dangerfield again and I'm hesitant to even shop in store based on the way their company handles disputes. I feel sorry for their shop employees, I'm sure they receive most of the complaints in person when it isn't their fault.
poor website, terrible stocking
Sizing is highly inconsistent, can be anywhere from an 8 to a 14 with their clothing, their customer service is abominable. Paid 15$ for express shipping for 3 items, a top and 2 skirts, the skirts come within the 2-4 days as stated on the website but it has been well over a week, a week and a half actually which is twice the amount of time stated on the website and the top hasn’t come. We then get an email saying they need to “resource in order to ship” to us, with an apology but no reimbursement for the extra money we paid for shipping. These items were bought for an event, hence the express shipping but Dangerfield has let us down in this department. Now I have to scramble to find something for the event, as the item of it ever comes isn”t even close to being on the way in time for the event, despite having ordered in advance. This is not the first time I have ordered something online only for it to no longer be in stock. Considerably every other review seems to have the same issue, it would be nice if Dangerfield tried to improve their practices regarding stocking in the future.
No items received, worthless customer service
I ordered three items on September 22nd and was told the items would dispatch around two weeks from then, since it was an international order. Nearly a month later, and I’ve sent two enquiries that have gone without response by the company and haven’t received so much as a dispatch email. I suspect they might be engaging in dropshipping because their items aren’t as readily available in their warehouse as they should be, despite their promises of ethical business practices on their website. Ugh. I should have read reviews before buying, and am sorely disappointed in Dangerfield because their clothes are so cute, but I won’t chance buying from them again.
Update 10/19/22: After sending a dispute through PayPal, suddenly I've gotten a notification from DHL that my items are on their way after radio silence from Dangerfield. Still no answer from Dangerfield's customer service though. I will post an update if/when the package arrives.

I made a large order online (about 20 items of clothing) and didn't receive an item. The package was damage on arrival which could explain why or it was missed in picking. Explained my situation and added pictures and was ghosted. Emailed again 4 weeks later and still nothing.
Terrible customer service,won't be shopping there again which is sad since they have cool products. Really disappointed.
Never ships items. Poor customer service.
Placed an order on 7 September. After placing the order, I automatically received a message saying orders are being dispatched in 6 business days, with a 5 day delay between the ship date and the tracking updates.
Since I never received a shipping notice, I reached out to customer service. Did not receive a response for 2 weeks. The response was that my package hadn't shipped and they didn't know when it would. They asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes.
After that, I did not hear from customer service again. I opened a paypal case and received my money back.
Not sure what's going on with Dangerfield/Princess Highway/Gorman, but I used to purchase from these companies with minimal issues. Now, they are just taking money and never shipping items.
If you want to gamble and spend money there right now, be sure to use Paypal. That way, you can at least get your money back when they don't ship your items for months.

EDIT: Dangerfield finally sent details to return the unwearable shirt, BUT, INVALID RETURN DETAILS SO HAD TO WALK AWAY FFROM AUSTRALIA POST EVEN MORE TICKED OFF THAN BEDORE WITH THE STILL UNWEARABLE SHIRT!!!! Dangerfield is a RISK, you will never receive customer service online if something goes wrong!
Took my money and I got nothing in return
Ordered and paid for 2 jumpers in August. Neither were ever received. A month after making multiple inquiries I was told Courier Post were to blame as they hadn't delivered - however Courier Post had never scanned the items as collected in the first place, they are still sitting as a label has been created in their system. The customer "service" have completely ghosted me since that one message. No refund, no items, they took my money and ran.
I had previously ordered items in March with no trouble. What has happened to this company???
Excruciating experiencing ordering from Dangerfield...
Excruciating experiencing ordering from this company. They don't answer any customer service questions, fail to communicate, and do not provide tracking info for items I paid their full requested international shipping amount for.
I opened a PayPal dispute against them after weeks of no response from them. PayPal gave them 10 business days to respond to my dispute and provide proof of shipment. They did not respond at all and the case was closed in my favor.
Of course they finally respond when they see the money has been taken from them due to the case being closed, telling me one item has been delivered, but the other never made it to production I guess and that it is "unavailable."
It is BEYOND me why they could never communicate that one of the items was out of stock to begin with/when they shipped out the only one item I ordered, where they could have just provided me a refund for that item then and provided proof of shipment for the other item.
It is also BEYOND me why this company would choose NOT to provide tracking info for their customers when it literally provides them the seller protection they need in the instance a dispute is opened against them.
Now they're asking if they can charge me again for the item that arrived...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME; IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
Terrible customer service - avoid!!!
This is the first time I'm writing a review like this, but I have to share my experience with this company because it's truly beyond atrocious and really disappointing.
I ordered an item in mid July and it could not be sourced. One month later I finally got a response from customer service after several emails, and received a partial refund and a replacement item all to the value of the original item. The replacement item order was processed in mid August. It is now the end of September and this order is still on "pending" with no other status information or sign of the order actually being dispatched. I would like to have the replacement order cancelled and refunded but there does not seem to be any easy way of doing this because emails to customer service do not receive adequate response and live chat messages via the website do not receive adequate responses. I had managed to reach a member of support staff on live chat but they stopped responding to my query after giving a generic "we will look into this" answer, and offered absolutely no help or resolution at all.
....I was literally ghosted on a customer support live chat. I do not believe that this is how customer support live chat is supposed to work....
This is absolute *worst* shopping online experience I've ever had, and the level of customer support is disgraceful.
I do not recommend this company - it seems like items advertised online are not actually readily available to be dispatched and their customer support do not respond properly to emails or other forms of communication to offer resolution to order issues. The sad thing is that this is an international order, and I paid an expensive shipping fee for items that "cannot be sourced".

Inefficient delivery and customer service. I ordered a dress for my daughter and l received a Top. Ridiculous! Beside that l had to pay the courier for returning back the wrong item, l sent them a couple emails and no replies at all. Very disappointed.
