Dan and his team delivered everything that was promised and more, from Dan’s first visit. Jo did a fantastic job on our open day. Claire and Lorraine communicated and answered our queries promptly and accurately from the office and were an enormous help in moving things along when required. As we had not moved house in over 20 years we needed a lot of hand holding and Dan and his team certainly did that. I would not hesitate in recommending Dan Thomas & Co.

Would highly recommend Dan and the team as they go above and beyond for their clients. They were very accommodating and often arranged last minute viewing for me when I was looking to buy. My purchase through them fell through due to market conditions but Dan kept me fully informed and was always available for any questions I had. They provide a much more personal service than most estate agent, and don’t give the usual corporate estate agent response. Their local knowledge makes a huge difference and makes you feel confident in their abilities. This local agent has great reviews so we decided to market my mothers bungalow with them as well as being local they were very professional, and as we live overseas we dealt mainly by email and found the whole process to be very easy with quick and professional replies to any queries. We dealt mainly with Claire and Dan both of whom we found very good and explained everything very clearly.
