I recommend don't use ever.

I placed an order on December 6 and I followed the tracker religiously. It says it was delivered on Friday and I have no package. My neighbours have not seen anything on their doorstep either I have contacted the customer service email and I’ve heard nothing. I fully expect to debate the charge on my credit card over this purchase.

I am a recent victim of delivery fraud. Scammers are using my name and address to deliver packages which I never orders. After receiving two and no way to return it and after exhausting all their support options which lead to a promise of some vague action and no refund, I'm done with Daraz. Now I am even worried about my credit card details they have on server.

Daraz ne meri seller payment 8 September 2025 se hold kar rakhi hai. Sare orders deliver aur verify ho chuke hain magar 3 months se koi clear jawab nahi diya ja raha.

Maine is issue ko Pakistan Citizen Portal, FIA Cyber Crime Wing, CCP tak escalate kar diya hai.

Yeh post kisi ko badnaam karne ke liye nahi, balkay seller community ko awareness dene aur apna haq hasil karne ke liye hai.

Poor Experience. Strongly not recommended. They have no control over their sellers. That is why sellers cheat customers, and customer care only says, 'We are sorry for this. We will investigate the issue, and that is it. If you order again on Daraz, the same thing will happen to you.

Very poor products quality, I also sell on daraz very very high returns ratio. very bad experience. When Daraz removed COD they become a successful marketplace in Pakistan.

Their own agents don't know how app works. They keep on lying and the app is just as deceptive.

The delivery guy stood half an hour outside my door because i checked and refused the package. Duplicate delivery and wrong product!

The delivery guys are extremely rude untrustworthy.Thay always lies. Like they never make an attempt to deliver or contact you, and than they say customer not available.Which is total lie.Next day the courier stated customer rejected the package at this door, while he never came to make a delivery. I tried in vain to contact daraz with no success. This is my last order. Never again I will buy form them.

Beware! Ordered 3 power banks but received literal trash—old return packages and cardboard inside the box. This is a scam, not a mistake.
I have been a customer of Daraz for years, but this experience is unacceptable. I ordered 3 power banks from this seller, expecting genuine products.
To my disbelief, the delivered package was a sham. It contained used return parcels and a piece of cardboard—no power banks in sight. This feels like a scam you'd expect from the shadiest corners of the internet, not a platform like Daraz.

I have 3 years experience with Daraz.pk. since last years Daraz become hub of fake products, another issue is that Daraz does support these sellers means two time I received Duplicate items, requested for return.... Daraz courier picked item, after 3 to 4 days Daraz refused to return without reason and deliver once again same garbage at home.

As I understand, Daraz staff open Account, make sell....at last closed that account and make new.

Overall Daraz is not reliable to buy online. I lost two purchased, one (Liquid soap 5 liter) already dumped in garbage box another is wall clock still kept.

Recently, Daraz staff began placing fraudulent orders using fake addresses. These orders were never meant to be delivered. Instead, our goods were intercepted, tampered with, or outright stolen. In some cases, entire packages were swapped or replaced with garbage. This wasn’t a one-off incident—it was a calculated abuse of the system, resulting in a loss of approximately Rs. 1.2 lac worth of inventory.
We submitted detailed claims backed by clear evidence. But instead of accountability, we were met with blanket rejections citing vague references to “Daraz Policy.” The very individuals responsible for the theft were the ones reviewing our claims. When we raised our voice, Daraz responded not with resolution—but by abruptly shutting down our store.
Let’s be clear: we were paying Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,000 per order in fees. Yet Daraz showed no ethics, no professionalism, and no regard for seller protection. Their heavy commission structure forced us to inflate retail prices—selling Rs. 14,000 items at Rs. 17,000–18,000 just to break even. This isn’t sustainable. It’s exploitative.
This experience compelled us to take control. We’ve now launched our own independent e-commerce platform, free from manipulation and middlemen. We urge fellow sellers to think twice before trusting a system that silences whistleblowers and protects internal fraud.
Daraz may be a big name, but it’s not a safe place to build your brand.

I purchased a circut breaker and the seller delivered a faulted piece. There is no option to return or refund. just waste of money.
