I never got it, I never got a tracking number, I was never able to talk to someone about it

I was missing the snake earrings from my order.

Customer service worked with me when I reached out about the time frame for my products. Delivery took a little while considering it came from overseas but if you download the shop app you can track all your packages. Products came in as ordered. Good quality as well.

I never got my items. And no one responded to my messages.

I have not received my package. Or any information through emails about my order. This is extremely frustrating. I would like my money back, or I will be reporting this company. And disputing with my bank. Awful service, I will not be returning to shop.

It has been saying it was shipped for weeks, dark meria contacted me on Instagram saying they tried to refund me, but my bank never contacted me of anyone trying to refund, so they lied about trying to refund me. They're a real website, but their customer support is awful, and if something goes wrong on their end it's instantly your problem and the entire thing turns into "well, figure it out and deal with it yourself" instead of helping. My package is probably never going to show up now, if it does, cool, I quite literally paid for it still, no refund. I will not be buying anything from them ever again.

I was very happy with my purchase and I also found out there is multiple sections. Also the items are so unique and cannot be found anywhere else on the Internet.

Scam / they contact via Instagram to be ambassador and propose to send free item if you pay for shipping (products are from Shein)

I did not receive my order and they did not reply to my emails.

Comunication with your back office is so slow. I need to wait days for reply.

This company will reach out to you on Instagram via dm! And ask you to be an ambassador, everything the the shein cart, I mean cart will be free then shipping. Do not buy from them they are scammers and will keep your card info!
