Look at their contact info. You cannot call them. You will lose your money and your personal info if you purchase anything on this site.

No installation website,no dashtrack app.No SD card included.All lies.Dishonest phony company selling their phony garbage.Comes from U.K.-what was I thinking? I wasn`t. The opposite of Nike-just don`t do it!

Got this as a birthday present and it came with unintelligible instructions. There is no video on the website as promised and the link in the ‘instructions’ doesn’t exist.
Several attempts have been made to contact the company but they don’t respond and in spite of their website saying they have a live chat, they don’t.
Do not waste your money.
Want to return it for a refund but no means of contacting them to do so.

I can only echo what everyone else is saying, thought I was buying a well reviewed (What Car) Camera that was a good solid sound purchase. No SD card as stated, unable to contact the company despite several attempts. A piece of crap and complete con, will seek to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE, IT’S CRAP AND SO ARE THE COMPANY.

Total scam, They didn't even try to send a product.

Just been refunded through PayPal as seller didn’t not respond to 2 emails and 2 texts. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Company uncontactable. Want to send this back but no process to do this. PayPal refuse to resolve as company won’t respond. Do not buy, avoid at all costs, never had such a poor experience when purchasing online.

I purchased a Dashtrack dashcam months ago. Blue Ocean Ecom are the company that took the money and subcontracted the despatch through a company called Zendbox who use Evri to deliver.
Evri failed to deliver.
Zendbox denied responsibility.
Blue Ocean do not respond to messages or voicemails.
I've raised an issue through PayPal but had no response.
Blue Ocean are the worst e-commerce company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with

I dislike leaving bad reviews. Can't comment on the dash cam as any good because I am Still waiting for it 29 days ffrom alleged despatch. Dashtrack ignores emails. Not a company to buy from clearly. Reported to Trading Standards and PayPal. After reading the reviews about performance, I just want my money back

Just echoing what other reviews here are saying; the software doesn't work, it keeps saying to format the SD card, but even after doing that (when it was a new SD card anyway and there wasn't anything wrong with it), the camera software still doesn't work. The company "dashtrack" have also obviously paid for fake positive reviews and have even written a fake "impartial" review listing their own dashcam as #1 recommended and using predatory tactics like saying it's often out of stock to pressure people into buying it. I think that they're deliberately selling faulty products after luring people in with fake positive reviews, and then are nowhere to be found or contacted when things go wrong. This company needs to be shut down as it's just one big scam.

All the claims about this being a scam are true. Regretfully I didn’t check them before falling for the lies. My Bank is refunding me and I am SO angry that they can get away with this.

No back up exists as this is a scam. The product is piece of CRAP.Avoid completely.

Need to return Dashtrack series 8 as it is not suitable for my vehicle. Have sent a series of emails asking for instructions for returning and refund. Have had no reply. Having to initiate a refund via credit card. Wish I had searched these reviews prior to purchase. As for fitting the camera within a few minutes, this must be a joke. There are no fitting instructions for a start and the instructions for the dashcam is in such a small typeface you need a magnifying glass to read it. Please don’t buy this item and let these con artists get away with more scamming.

Absolute garbage and now my bank is giving me a difficult time with the chargeback. Its been months since they said they would refund my money. Now im out the money and the product. Beware.

Sadly I purchased a DataTRASH believing the online hype. Searching for "Best dashcam UK" came up with this at the top of a featured review website. Legitimate links to other makes suggested no reason yo believe that the Datatrack one was not kosher. Item duly delivered and credit card payment made. Only response emails received about imminent and actual delivery. No instructions so emailed requests to the apparently helpful Datatrack websitem but nothing, At this point I realised there was no information about a physical address, or telephone number, so returned to other online possibilities, but no joy. Then a look at the Datatrack Terms and Conditions highlighted the company involved, Blue Ocean Ecom Ltd.
I have discovered the Sponsor of the Google linked "Driversworld" dash cam review I had referenced is none other than Blue Ocean Ecom Ltd. Interesting. I have also acquired other useful information that I am using to at the very least gain a refund of all my money.

This device was absolute rubbish. I wish i had read the reviews here before purchasing. The SD card is faulty, which i knew it would be when i took it from the box. It doesn't record and the picture quality is atrocious.
I purchased it because it came highly recommended on what i believed to be an independent website. After a little digging i found the website is run by the same company that is selling this dash cam.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! SCAMMERS!!!

This is a SCAM. Do not buy!

Files 0n the SD card cannot be deleted and it cannot be formatted. The battery won't accept more than a few seconds worth of charge. Therefore it is useless after a short period of time. There seems to be no way of contacting the company.
