Dashtrack 

The item is defective and is not as it was explained on their website: The instruction video link doesn't exist; It said Large 5" display, but in comes with the 2 inch display instead; The rear camera is faulty. SD card doesn't record. No reply regarding my refund request. There is no refund guideline. The company do not have a phone number or address. It seems they have been selling the same faulty item to a number of buyers.

This was recommended on dashcam review sites and so never considered that there could be issues with it. Card does not format and date can’t be set. No response from email about refund. DO NOT BUY. Note selling price was £99 so below S75 protection and I will have to try chargeback process.

Camera arrived as expected. Seemed to work okay. Not the best image quality, but okay for the price. However, after a few months I noticed it was no longer writing to the SD card. Tried finding the user manual online but no luck. Tried contacting customer services via several routes, but no response at all. Looking at other people's reviews here this is obviously a very dodgy company - they are shipping product but they obviously aren't bothering to honour any sort of aftercare.

I really wished I'd seen these reviews before ordering. I saw it on Which reviews as the best dashcam out there...boy are they wrong.
I have been sent the item and it arrived very quickly but it's faulty. The sim card that was provided need to be formatted on a daily basis to clear it and the picture quality is dreadful.
I did email the company but I've had no response just like everyone else. Luckily I have paid by PayPal and I've put in for a refund.

They take the money, confirm delivery but do not send the item.

They then ignore all emails.

Dashcam appeared to work, but when I extracted the micro sd card nothing had been recorded! I wrote to the company three times and had NO response1

Dashtrack are a scam company. Dashtrack 8 stopped working after a few months. No recourse for warranty. Phone number doesn't work. Messages left unanswered.

Spend a little more and get something from a reputable company.

Product broke after a few months of use. Called and emailed multiple times and have had no response from the team. They are not fulfilling their guarantee or warranty. Do not purchase

One star as I canot give negative star. Really wish I had read the reviews. Purchased for a long trip in the camper. Didnt work from the start. No back up. Got Paypal involved, they aranged refund on return of goods. Sent camera back, paypal said case closed ,no refund. I can only assume its another cheap Chinese scam site. Stay well away. Like to know if Top gear magazine fave a review or if that ckaim is fake too...

I read Which magazine and followed their recommendation to buy a Dashtrack 8.

BIG MISTAKE,

And compounded my stupidity by paying with my debit card.
If you read the one star reviews, you will avoid this company like the plague.
Everything that is listed in the reviews has happened to me.
Do not waste your time phoning or sending emails, learn from the horror stories of other unfortunate customers.
I shall be contacting Which magazine with all this information.
I am now contacting the Ombudsman to see if they can get me my money back.
Here's hoping.

Nothing works on their website. Attempts to contact them about purchasing a dash cam have failed.
Now I have seen their reviews on here, I'm glad I didn't buy from them in the end.

I have been trying for ages to get hold of someone. Phoned the number and sent emails ZERO reply. It begs the question is the company still operating.

Card won't format and customer care non existent.

The company Blue ocean ecom Ltd is a scam company that are selling Temu dashcams as high end ones, they do not work properly and when you try to contact them you are totally ignored. Fortunately I bought through PayPal so was able to get a refund from them but only after having to pay for tracked return. It's disgusting that these companies are allowed to con people. I have reported them to trading standards but whether they will do anything, who knows.
Please don't waste your money on these corrupt con artists
