Acoustic panels still not delivered after 3 months
UPDATE: they sent me an email saying it will be delivered by the end of the week.
I ordered a few acoustic panels during Black Friday yet, they are still not delivered.
I have called them 3 times to get a shipment update.
The first time they solved nothing.
The second time they told me that it should have been delivered.
The third time they had the wrong information. They asked me how many panels are broken and I was told that "it is not what is written here" when i said that I still have not received anything.
I also asked to pick up my items from any store and I was denied that because "it is a different price point than the black Friday offer". May I remind you that I have bought the products from Davidsen shop, not from Davidsen's supplier which means that Davidsen has to solve my problem regardless if they were not the ones causing it.
If I wanted dropshipping I would have ordered them from China.
