Customer service helpful
Item was advertised to fit and be used with Q series grill we also purchased from them. It was not, in fact, compatible with the grill. Messaged support asking for help. They were a bit slow to reply, but got me the information I needed and offered to waive the shipping on the new item needed.

You are of course welcome to return the regulator and hose you bought, and buy the correct conversion kit for your grill. If you rather want a refund, that is no issue eiher.

Long wait time even for defective furniture.
I bought a "Skagen sofastol med vipperyg natur inkl. hynde" from davidsenshop.dk which was delivered on time. However, just after delivery, I noticed that right side legs were bent and didn't touch the ground. Also, the chair would not recline. I sent them an email and also called them right then and in the call I was told that I need put in a "complaint" on their website, before they can do anything. Even my email would not be read. I filled up the complaint and then received an acknowledgement saying that they will get back within 4 days. So, they send you a defective product without fully verifying the quality and then expect the customer to wait. Sure, things go wrong sometimes but many other websites, offer quick resolutions and do not ask the customer to wait such a long time. I was expecting guests and now I am stuck with a defective furniture in the apartment taking up space. I have added emails to my complaint and have also tried to call the helpline but there's just a recorded message asking you to fill the same form and then wait, for no fault of yours. Please be aware of this- if your product comes out good, then fine , otherwise be prepared for such a bad customer experience. Very disappointing .

It is my understanding that a solution to your particular problem was made in the same day we responded back and that you got a new chair the very next day
- just in time for your guests’ arrival.
