Our Philosophy
At Daylesford, we’re dedicated to growing, producing and cooking seasonal, organic food. It must be fresh, and full of flavour, packed with the many vitamins and minerals that come from natural food, picked and eaten at its peak.
As part of a mission to reverse the industrialisation of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it, we practise organic, sustainable framing with far less pesticides and herbicides on our crops. We do not use artificial growth promoters and hormones on our animals, and maintain the highest welfare standards.
Above all, we believe that when people eat natural, organic food, they can taste the difference. It’s a chain of goodness that begins with healthy soil, and finishes with healthy animals and people.

From high-quality larder staples to indulgent treats for special occasions, our farmshop shelves are full with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our organic Market Garden, artisan bread made by hand in our own Bakery, award-winning cheese from our Creamery and fresh organic meat from clover-rich pastures.
Our Homewares collections are made by makers who are as passionate about sustainability, quality materials and elegant design as we are to create one-of-a-kind items for your homes and gardens, from the softest linens to the signature scents of our home fragrance range.
Our Cafés
Our organic cafés are the natural showcase for what we do on the farm. Here, our chefs make our produce the star of each plate, with seasonally changing menus and daily specials highlight what’s good to eat right now.

The contents of our zero waste boxes will change according to seasonal gluts, surplus stock, supply chain issues and other factors.
We cannot guarantee that the contents of boxes will include items from each department, as they are packaged based on availability. They are intended to provide value for money and reduce food waste.
We would not recommend our zero waste box if you are looking to have a varied selection of products. However, our team do their utmost to ensure that the range of products in each box is as varied and interesting as possible based on the availability of products.
When we have more items available, we include as much as possible in the box, and so the number of products in the box can vary from week to week. We do however always ensure that boxes contain items with a retail value of at least 30% more than the cost of the box.
We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass this on to the relevant team.

Efficient, product came safely without damage, and I even received a small sampling of the new Bamford cleaning/shampoo products which I love and now will order. Thank you all so much, I love Daylesford, and can now have more shipped to my home in California, along with my Daylesford products I bring home from England,I love it!

Zero waste box - All full of sugar
The majority of products, all bar two in fact, were full of sugar: four lots of biscuits, a pack of sugar coated jelly sweets. A soup and a kefir were the two without. All fabulous quality; doubtful I would buy again.

Terrible experience at Daylesford Notting Hill.
Terrible experience at Daylesford Notting Hill. The WORST experience i have encountered in any retail, customer-focused organization. Butcher on duty refused to offer me any meat at 1915 forgetting to understand i am a regular client during the weekend. After complaining to the manager who offered to help, I simply refused and did not want to take the original plastic packaged meat. I REFUSE to set foot in this organization again. If i were Lord Bamford i would want to assess how his stores are performing in person.
