Products are over-hyped

I spent a good bit of money on an Xbox Rog Ally X case. The stickers don't even match the buttons, and the case won't fit on. There's a tutorial video that states you'll need to use some strength to get it on. Well doing so broke the back of the case, so I gave up before I did any more damage. Smh.

Worry free shopping experience!

Quick and efficient shipping, communication, and trustworthy/secure packaging. My item (for the Steamdeck) came in perfect condition and as described. The shopping experience is engaging and I’d love to purchase from dbrand again :)

Their skins are terrible

Their skins are so bad, my dad bought me a new phone. The installation is terrible and it breaks instantly. I have literally bought one that’s 5 times better from China, and the delivery time was the same.

dbrand, the best company

dbrand is the best there is in terms of after-sale support/customer support. even year have past after I bought something from them they're still able to accommodate me with my concern and even willingly to send me replacements/fixes without placing a single penny. I love you so much, robots! God bless your oils and gears!

I absolutely hate the Ghost case for the…

I absolutely hate the Ghost case for the Samsung S25 Ultra. It was extremely difficult to remove from the phone, and the design makes it a nightmare to take off. I ended up ruining the case while trying to remove it. Very disappointing product and a terrible design.

While the Ghost Case is designed to snugly fit the S25 Ultra to ensure it doesn't simply fall out, it shouldn't be difficult to remove.

Good products

Good products. Their customer service is very good and responsive when you need it. Their shipping is abysmal. They’re slow to ship and tracking is worthless if they use their Amazon carrier.

Regarding the shipping experience, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. This often creates a tracking "blind spot" while the package travels to the carrier handoff point in the United States, as movement will not update until the U.S. carrier performs the first scan. Great products and Fun brand

I’ve loved Dbrand products for over a decade. I haven’t owned a device that didn’t get a skin, a case, or a screen protector. I also LOVE the snarky robot brand voice. It makes emails worth opening and reading and the customer service experience super fun. I’m a fan.

I am sorry that i did …

I am sorry that i did not order protection for my phone earlier.
They truly invested in the quality functionality, but also in the appearance and packaging of the product itself.
Without second thoughts, I definitely recommend them.

Great tech of humour

Great sense of humour, i am disgustingly dyslexic my brain undertands DBRAND loved the quality and effort. Definitely will go back for more. Shipping to the UK was spot on. Very happy with their product (screen protector) as you can't even tell it's on.
