I was looking forward to the aya model in a smaller size and when I found it on the website underneath ‘new in’ i got it immediately! Love the design, stiff but comfy pillows and a beautiful fabric :)

Easy to build as well!

Delivery time: Three months is quite a long time to wait for a custom fabric choice.

But the quality of the items I received is very good.

Ordered the chairs at the outlet in Cologne and they arrived as ordered and on time. The staff was helpful and spoke English. I would definitely order from Sofa Company again.

Lots of misinformation.
The service at the store was not pleasant. The person who helped us buy the sofa through the store's computer seemed like she was in a hurry. Always putting pressure to buy the sofa quickly and giving incorrect information. We had to ask if there was any product to prevent stains on the sofa because she didn't even remember she had one. It looked like he just wanted to serve the next customer.
We were told by the same person that the sofa would be delivered by a company and that they would assemble it themselves. This was not true. The sofa was delivered to the living room as I requested but nothing was assembled. It was very difficult for one person to assemble the sofa.
We were told by another person on a previous day that there was another possible height for the sofa legs and that was the possibility that made us choose SofaCompany. When we went to buy the sofa we were told that that size do not exist and that we must have misheard because that was impossible. She even made us point to the person who gave us this information and went to confirm with him that it was impossible. It looked like she wanted to humiliate us.
The sofa however seems to have a good construction and is comfortable.

The design is incredible and material also super good. Delivery was fast. Happy with the product.
I had to assemble the feet by myself and it was a little heavy, but really satisfied with the sofa.

Extremely helpful service in the showroom in Köln. Sofa delivered in 2 weeks, very happy with the product and service overall.

I have been trying to contact both via email as well as phone number because I made an order on 4 chairs. I only received 3 out of which 1 was unleveled. Although the company already answered about sending a replacement for the unleveled chair I have yet to receive the fourth chair and no answer thus far.

We already had a great experience when we bought our sofa a few years ago (the shop was located in kudamm). Went in to buy a stool that matches the colour, as they no longer have the same ones from three years ago. The saleslady was super friendly, she helped me pick the right one and luckily they had what I wanted in the outlet section (40% off). Also got a small gift with the purchase.

The perfect sofa 3 seater Dylan but i just wish there were single sofas variety and at a good price. Would definitely buy if there was some choice.
