I was not in a good place but with their advice, help and non judgemental approach to my situation I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. You chose us really, all sounds wonderful but it has not been without it's problems, mainly our bank closing our account and leaving us totally without money and cancelling all our direct debits without any warning what so ever and we should have been at least warned of this. We have totally complied to all the terms and although the bank was on our list of creditors we didn't in fact owe them a penny we just had an overdraft facility, Still dealing with the fall out of that. Time will tell if this is a great service, lets hope so.

I am a very private person who does not want to share my personal life with a lot of people ( I mean even very close people). The first time I received a text message from Debtfree Direct I ignored it. When I initially made my application I was not sure if what I wanted to do was the right thing to do. DebtFree direct staff helped me answer all the question I had in my head about the scheme. They explained to me how the process was going to take place and tailored the scheme to suit my situation. The process was not long and I had professional support throughout the process. I was nervous about attending the meeting with my creditors and they did that on my behalf which was a relief. I am happy with the advice I was given and I feel financially free and in control of my life.
