Great leather cases, fine, modern and safe

The case for the iPhone 17 pro max is the I ever had. The leather, the fit and the colour🤎 Love it!

I bought a phone case to use as my holiday phone case as it’s a stunning orange colour and it’s very protective i love it!!

Quality is very bad, considering the high price. I bought a case and a strap for my iPhone in February 2025. By October, the case was filthy and falling apart, and the stitching/glue on the strap had come undone. Happy to provide photos of the damage.

Delivery on time, and the case fits perfectly on my iPhone 17. It looks great too. No defects. I have been using it for a week now. My husband also wants one :)

The process was seamless, with updates throughout the process.

The magnet wallet does not attach securely to the silicone case. It works alright with another case I have from a different brand. It does not attach as securely as my moft wallet.
The silicone case doesn’t seem to have a good magnet.

Also: It said free shipping but I was charged 30$ from fed ex.

Case doesn't close well. No room for apple pencil. Ridiculous return policy, have to pay 35 dollars to ship internationally.

I’ll first say the case does feel like it’s good quality.

It took almost a month for the case to get here. Decoded’s customer service was very slow to respond and was not helping solve the delay. When I bought the case there was no message on decoded’s website regarding tariffs and customs fees. The customs fee cost me 56 dollars plus extra taxes!! It was supposed to be free shipping! Now I’m seeing decoded changed their website. Thank you for that but I was misled since that messaging went up after my purchase.

Perfect fit, material and quality!

Ordered a phone cover and the DHL package did not arrive. DHL signed it off as handed over but admits that the delivery person signed it himself. Decoded does not want to help me just send over the same DHL transcript that I have and said their responsibility is done. No willingness to help me. And for DHL only the contract partner which is the sender can request an investigation.

The product is great. Unfortunately, I purchased an item with "free shipping" and then got hit with a bill from FedEx asking me to pay the tariffs on the item. Had I known I had to pay another $14 USD, I wouldn't have purchased the item. There was nothing on the checkout page that stated *TARIFF MUST BE PAID BY CONUSMER". Nothing in the fees line that made it abundantly clear that there would be a tariff. There is fine print that you have to hunt down on their Shipping and Delivery page. They need to be much more upfront about the additional costs when shipping to the US.

I wish I would have had a better experience because the product is great.

Decoded silicone cover is too thick for iPhone 17! It doesn’t cover the glass but is loose!!

I had previously iPhone 14 and had Decoded leather cover, which was perfect size and beautiful and protective!

So I am very disappointed.

When my phone cover arrived it was better than expected, however it took a long time to be delivered

Phone case arrived in good condition. Packaging was pretty beat up though which got me worried if the phone case is damaged but it wasn’t. I guess this is quite understandable considering it came from overseas.
