Excellent communication, keeping me fully informed of the progress of my order.
Neatly and well-designed packaging. Promptly delivered and on time.
The product is of good quality, with flexible design features. It is subtle, sophisticated and promises to be durable.
One niggle is that the detachable case is not as secure as I'd hoped. The phone broke the hold of the magnet and was dropped, before I realised the risk was worse than expected.

Well, what can I say?
I have never received my package as it seems to be lost, but the customer support was really nice and quite fast (~40 mind response time, even if the website says 1-2 days).
Over all quite nice experience besides the fact I‘ve never gotten my case. Not to blame Decoded, as it‘s not their fault DHL is incompetent

Environmentally Unfriendly
Poor quality and environmentally unfriendly practices.
Terrible quality cases. After only a few months, the PU ‘leather’ was very damaged from standard use; it scuffs very easily and I have flaps of fake leather hanging off even from catching it with a fingernail. Then the metal ring around the camera lenses detached half way.
I purchased a case from here as they seemed to be very high quality and would last a long time, and of course because of the warranty.
The policy for their warranty, if you want a refund or replacement, is that you have to cut the case in half, take a photo and dispose of it. They give a spiel about how this is ‘the most environmentally friendly practice’ as it prevents having to ship the case back to them (they would of course dispose of it there anyway).
I questioned this as I wanted a refund under warranty, but wanted to continue using the case until it was unusable, to be as sustainable as possible. Repeatedly, I was told to destroy the case myself or I would receive no refund. I asked, very simply and clearly, if they could justify it.
They just repeat the same policy over and over. It makes no sense whatsoever. I’ll never be buying from here again, yet another usable item going to landfill despite my best effort to prevent that.

The product is almost excellent, but has 1 srs flaw.
The product is almost okay, but when the phone is docked, the card pockets have a couple cards each in them (it’s new, they haven’t relaxed yet, so the wallet is fairly tight) the hinge depresses the Volume Down button. Which is less than ideal.
However, the quality of the protective case for the phones is excellent. The buttons fit over the phone buttons and have an excellent feel. It’s just that the hinge needs to be either cut back to clear the button when the wallet is tight or the spine of the hinge can be widened to allow a thicker wallet.

Don't order to compare products
Love the products but when I decided to order an iPhone case and also compare it against your wallet detachable version, I thought it would be easy to return the one I did not want to keep. Set up a return to your US warehouse that I know you have. Not ordering again or recommending. :(
