Order was reported lost by DHL

Order was reported lost by DHL. Mathijs of DECODED resolved the matter very professionally. As the refund was made already, I was offered a discount voucher to be able to purchase the same goods at the original Black Friday discount. Thanks !

Nice case, undisclosed fees.

The case is quite good, but after receiving it, I received an email from Fedez requesting an additional $40 in fees. The decoded website indicates that all fees are covered. Not happy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the additional FedEx charges were an unpleasant surprise. We understand how frustrating that can be.

To clarify, our Free Shipping offer covers the transportation of your order only. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by local customs authorities and the carrier (such as FedEx) and are billed directly to the recipient. These charges are not collected by DECODED.

We do make this information available on our Shipping & Delivery page, directly on our product pages, and in a visible notice on our website, as international shipments may incur additional fees depending on the destination country. We are sorry you couldn't find this information during your visit.

That said, we appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to make this information even clearer to avoid confusion in the future.
