Coulda been more transparent that you’re buying from an aus company rather than a UK one. Otherwise, spot on.

I ordered a 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner on 20 June, but what arrived on 7 July was a very cheap, low-quality cooler fan that did not match the original pictures. It seems like nothing more than a scam to me.

Ordered ‘air conditioners/coolers’, really poor quality, wouldn’t want to keep them for half the money. Returns policy is questionable - apparently I need to send an email to them, which I have done twice, no response. Would not recommend

Scam avoid at all costs.

Ordered a 12000 BTU AC unit, and they delivered a rubbish cooling tower humidifier. Absolute scam artists.

Fuming iordered and paid for a Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier 250.00 cancelled next day as I didn't know they were in china they ignored all my emails
Received today a cheap cooler about 100.00. Was very upset there not replyingnow they have robbed me ofmy money where can I go

Beware of this company ordered Ac unit 12000btu they sent out a plastic air cooler absolutely fuming they never reply to emails just sends you update saying sorry because of heat it's been delayed this company is a joke avoid

Same as the others... ordered a 12000BTU air con unit but nothing has arrived for 2 wks now... their website stated 5-7 business days. After emailing, no response. I got a feeling ill be receiving an air cooler...
Luckily I've paid through PayPal credit, so hopefully will get my money back

Another victim of the 12,000 BTU air conditioning scam. As with everyone else, after the recent heatwave I was desperate for AC. This looked promising and had much better reviews before the scam started, so put an order in. As with everyone else, received a cheap dehumidifier with a cooling setting. Complete false advertisement and a completely different product. I also tried to contact support and not had a direct response yet. Sadly looks like I'll need to go through the banks dispute process on this one

Great product for a great price (not delivered yet though as just ordered). Only thing that would benefit the experience is to inform me of the delivery date

Ordered a 12000 BTU portable air-conditioning unit dehumidifer ( the exact description of product) - £242 on 21st june 2026, I thought great price .... 3 weeks wait for it to be delivered and they've sent me a small AiR cooler evaporating purification environmental air cooler (on the box) not even close to the same product or description at all!

I spent £300 on a 12000BTU air conditioning unit, but they sent me a water filled fan. This is FRAUD!

I have started a credit card chargeback, and will be reporting this company for fraud.

They send from Hong Kong, and are openly ripping people off.

If I could mark as zero stars I would - website masquerades as English but isn’t, placed order and realised this - sent an email immediately and said I needed to cancel as I needed the item quickly … nothing. Sent multiple more emails saying the same to get a message eventually saying - ahh shame too late we’re already sorting your order. My argument is it wasn’t dispatched and therefore long distance selling applies and I should be able to cancel. Not with these scammers- avoid

Nearly 2 weeks and AC unit still not received despite webpage saying next day shipment. Number on their website registered in Hong Kong and is out of service. They have basically lied to Royal Mail saying item has been shipped whereas it hasn't due to 'unprecedented delays'. Refusing to cancel and refund my order. I have got no other choice now but to raise dispute with PayPal.

Ordered 12,000 btu air conditioning unit. Took around two three weeks to deliver and when it came it was a cooling fan retailing at about £100 when I paid £250 for the air conditioning unit with hose attachment. They have sent the wrong product and are slow at responding to my queries to get it replaced. They have responded saying I should pay a fee to get a product sent out to me that is closer to what I purchased?

Arguably they should send the correct product in the first place, spend your hard earned money elsewhere or you’ll be waiting for weeks to receive the wrong product and then have to wait longer to get it resolved.

I will post another review if they sort the matter out, if not strongly avoid this company.

Order a 12000 BTU AC unit and received a tiny evaporative air cooler which is not the same. The tech is totally different, cannot be measured in BTU. The picture of the product was different to what I received; then magically the picture was changed on their catalogue.
