Don't communicate very well at all. I've taken my money and no product and still won't tell me what's going on or where product DONT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a couple of air conditioners over on 26th of June - - one was a desktop type, the other was the controversial 12000 btu . Payed with PayPal. Stressed all the way as read the trustpilot after my order was already done.
Received both over the last 5 days, both delivered by royal mail and parcel force. First one, the desktop one, was a nexfan AC that really never worked.The fan does not work at all.
Second one, the " big" 12000 btu AC, came yesterday. Small, very light box. The AC is probably as high as a chair and quite slim, has a water reservoir for up to 15 or 16 pints. Is really an evaporative cooler and not an AC as such. It comes with a remote control. I was though very pleased to realise that the output of the machine is very good. It cooled down my 9sq meters room last night from 28.1 C to 25.8 in just one hour. I can adjust the outflow direction by manually moving the horizontal grid ; it has a timer, a fan with 3 speeds and there is a cooling mode as well. Is surprisingly very efficient. It helps a lot with cooling down while sleeping.The machine itself seems to never get hot (had similar thing bought from Amazon and sent back due to the fact that the AC got so hot while running that increased the room temperature overall).
FOUR STARS FOR :
1. I really do not like the practice of the seller asking for review immediately after placing an order and long time before receiving the product.
2. One of my fans never worked.
3. Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive ( like anyone else on this website , I was not aware that products will come directly from China, was under the impression that the seller is uk based).
4. The products are not really as described ( my "big" AC should have come with a window pack as per description). That pack is really not needed for this type of machine.

I honestly did not expect to receive anything after reading so many reviews describing this website as a scam.

To my surprise, a parcel did arrive today.

Unfortunately, what I received was NOT the product I ordered.

I purchased what was advertised as a Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling. Instead, I received a Cooling Fan. It is simply a fan, not a real portable air conditioner, and there is absolutely no evidence that it is a 12000 BTU air conditioner as advertised.

This product is completely different from the description on the website. I paid for a 12000 BTU portable air conditioner, but received a basic cooling fan instead.

I have already requested a full refund and asked the company not to send the product, but they ignored my request. Now they have sent me an item that does not match the description.

I strongly believe this is false advertising and a misleading sale.

If you are expecting to receive a genuine 12000 BTU portable air conditioner, be extremely careful. What I received is only a cooling fan.

I am now requesting a full refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will continue my dispute through my bank and report this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Do not trust this website! I ordered a Portable 12000BTU AC unit from Decorsdeluxe.com on 22nd June after falling for a positive review here on Trustpilot.

First red flag: they charged my Amex £218.69, but the confirmation invoice showed the price in AUD.

Then came the shipping trick. I was given an EVRI tracking number that never updated past "expecting parcel." Out of nowhere yesterday, Royal Mail delivered a tiny, cheap Chinese desktop air cooler (the useless kind where you have to put ice and water in a little drawer). It is a complete bait-and-switch.

To make it even more obvious that they are scammers, their website is still fully online, but the exact product link for the AC unit I bought has completely vanished.

I have already contacted American Express to dispute the charge and hope to get my money back. Avoid Decorsdeluxe at all costs!

They are terrible what is on their website is not what you get their products are cheap and extremely low quality, tis is a company selling you a scam do not purchase from them I wish I didn't.e

I ordered a 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner with window installation kit and received an air-cooler rated at 60W which is basically a fan in a box which blows air over a couple of ice-packs. These air coolers do not need window installation because they are not air-conditioners and only use the power of an old-fashioned light bulb which will not really cool anything, only fan the air around. These are sold for around £100 in the UK - and not really worth that.
A 12,000 BTU air-conditioner would consume Kilo watts of power - hundreds of times more - to power a condenser/refrigerant and this generates cold air and also heat which needs the window vent.
Therefore, I have been sent a vastly inferior product - and so have other customers who are complaining on Trust Pilot.
Their customer service email address info@ produced zero response to three emails and their “Express contact for PayPal – guaranteed response within 12 hours” contact address also did not respond even after 5 days.
Fortunately PayPal itself was brilliant and refunded me immediately so I guess they have received similar complaints before.

Shoped here becouse first place found selling what I need.

Decoresdeluxe is a scamming company that sent me a cooling fan product bought for £89.99 that was worth no more than a fiver. They over communicate before delivery and all UK customers should be warned off them and all of their products. They are not honest. AVOID like the plague!

I had to wait a month and when the product did arrive it was missing the parts that make it a supposed air conditioning unit, it’s just a fan on wheels. No response from customer service in the whole month and then they send a fault product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is a total scam

Ordered a 12000 BTU portable air conditioning unit after checking the company's reviews which were good. Tracking didn't move for a couple of weeks. All emails ignored. Three weeks later a cheap plastic air cooler fan arrived. Not the air conditioning unit I ordered.
All pictures on the website had been changed to show the cheap air cooler. All correspondence and requests of a refund ignored.
Contacted Paypals's resolution centre and had money refunded.
Not sure if DecorsDeluxe are a scam company or one that was overwhelmed with orders and sent out a cheap replacement to try and keep customers happy. I would advise avoiding them.

complete and utter scam. looks geninue enough and really cannot believe i fell for this. first issue came when payment went through followed by saying in USdollars and some updates given but never received. had raise chargeback with credit card.

Ordered a 12000BTU air conditioner unit with window extraction.

Received a cheap poor quality air cooler, (not a aircon) with questionable electrical safety qualities. I doubt it’s passed any form of industry standard.

I ordered an air con unit for £300 , said dispatch next day , waited weeks and recieved a totally cheap tacky air cooler unit , all Emails ignored ( Emailed for order to be cancelled after waiting weeks ) and Emailed again after receiving something completely different to what I paid for !!

I bought a 2 TB SSD. The company was great at giving me updates on the shipping, but of course it took a long time to get from China to the USA.

The product did not work and would not format with my 2019 MacBook Pro Time Machine. I worked for an hour with AI help trying to get the SSD to work but to no avail. Nowhere on the packing did it say that it would work with Mac based products.

I contacted DecorDeluxe asked for return authorization to send the product back as it would not work functionally in my case.

They insisted on having a picture of the defective SSD along with a video showing what didn’t work with their product on my computer.

I gave them a picture, but told them that a video would be total waste of time to try to explain the problem. I wrote three separate emails reiterating that the SSD would not work and just please give me return shipping authorization.

The company refused or just stopped communication.

Nowhere in their return/refund policy does it say that a video will have to be taken and then evaluated by their company prior to return authorization.

This return policy is atrocious and I just lost $80.

I’m trying to justify it by saying that I spend $80 for my wife and I go out to dinner but it’s still frustrating that they want something that their return policy does not specify and that I could not provide them with with any degree of certainty to show the problem.

I would not do business with them again and warn everyone of this return policy nuance that they do not specify in their policy.

The floor standing ‘portable air con unit ‘ I purchased for £97.98 turns out to be a very cheap plastic fan the SIZE OF MY TOASTER. I have filled in a fraud form from my credit card provider. I WILL get my money back
