Scammers listing items then take weeks to come finding out they from China cheap crap.
Paid over £240 for "air conditioner 12000 btu"
When it finally arrived it was a cheap made fan thats not worth £50. On Tick tock for 50-100
I have tried several times to email no response to get my money back and return item but no response. Messaged on Facebook page no response.
Dont buy anything they ask u to leave good feedback to get discount before u even recieve items.

Due to the severe UK heatwave, I ordered what I thought was a great deal on a portable AC unit. Once my money was taken, I realised I had been caught in a total scam.

Here is why you must avoid them:

Hidden Overseas Shipping: Nothing on their website indicates products ship from China. They promise "fast free delivery," but it took three agonising weeks to arrive.

Bait and Switch: When the package finally arrived, it was not the product I ordered. They actually changed their website description and image after my purchase to a cheaply built dehumidifier cooling unit with a water tank with bottles you have to freeze!!

Non-Existent Customer Service: I wasted hours of my time and effort chasing them down. I sent numerous emails demanding updates and received exactly one generic reply blaming the weather. I was shocked when I read this, as my other overseas orders arrived on time when stated.

Ignored Return Requests: When I tried to arrange a return, they completely ghosted me. They ignore my customer service complaints but still spam my inbox with marketing emails.

These people are fast at taking your money and only provide bare-minimum tracking information and lack of customer service. They also ask you to write a review before the product arrives and offer your $5 discount if you do (never got that either)

Save your time, money, and sanity. Do not buy from them!

Very bad I ordered an A/C on 25th of June and till now they didn’t deliver it saying on its way out from the first day,I tried to send massages to the customer service but as usual no reply and I sent an email asking for refund and same no reply it’s a scam or just a company who doesn’t know what customer service is

Had to start a charge back claim against these imbeciles. Stated two day deliver and weeks later no goods and no communication. Complete crooks, avoid!

As I ordered my item last night I obviously havent yet recieved it. The ordering process was quick and easy and I feel that I would order from here again.

Shocking experience ! I bought two air con units, I was sent completely different items which are basically just fans with no ducting capacity. I have had no response or contact from them … scam!!

Hände weg von diesem Anbieter! Liefert Ware die nicht mal annähernd mit dem zu tun hat, was man bestellt hat. Billigware mit chinesischen Knöpfen. Viel zu teuer für das was man am Schluss in den Händen hält. Rückgabe nicht möglich - man erhält keine Antwort. Bitte diesen Shop unbedingt beim Bundesamt für Cybersicherheit melden, damit nicht weitere Leute in die Falle tappen.

Stay away from this seller! They deliver products that aren't even close to what you ordered. Cheap goods with Chinese buttons. Way too expensive for what you end up with. Returns aren't possible—you won't get a response. Please be sure to report this shop to the Federal Office for Cybersecurity so that other people don't fall into the same trap.

Absolute dog shit. Brought an air con unit never arrived but says delivered after an extensive delay. The tracking is all bullshit too and constantly fives false updates. Contacting my bank as this scammy site have stolen my money.

Absolute scam!!!!!! I paid £270 for an air con unit and got sent a £30 wind cooler. Don't order from this company. I tried cancelling 5 mins after ordering as it said it was being shipped from Hong Kong and they said they couldn't cancel it. As it had already been processed. Even after 5 mins after ordering it! This website is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs and don't listen to the good reviews. Because they are fake!

This company is out to scam you. I ordered a Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier. What a mistake. Here are the issues:
1. Prices in GBP give the impression the company is in the UK. Not the case, they are based in Hong Kong
2. Receipt is in AUD. Dodgy.
3. Notifications about shipping suggested the item was not far off, yet took over 2 weeks to arrive.
4. The tracking reference they gave me still shows that EVRI are expecting the item.
5. EVRI delivered my order from another company name, Online Store 01. Looking up that company you find that this is all part of the same scam.
6. Received a FAN, not an aircon unit!!! and nothing like the item on their website.
7. Asked for a refund. 3 emails so far and no response and from what I have read elsewhere, they will try to charge a fortune to return the item, if I ever hear from them.
8. The page that had the product on the website has now mysteriously been taken offline.

Do not get tempted to buy from this company or any of the other companies associated with Online Store 01. You are giving them money for nothing and enabling them to con more people.

I purchased the air conditioning unit and after a month of waiting with 0 communication as to when the item should arrive, I waited for a 1 month. The item received was an air cooler. I then checked their website and they did replace the air conditioning unit with that air cooler for the same price and same image. When I contacted their support asking for a refund, they said that in this case they don't issue a full refund and instead they could send the correct product. Alternatively they offered 30% of refund and I can keep and the item an then 40% when I again asked for a full refund. Then they said I can return
it but I have to pay 25-50 EUR for it to be sent to China. So basically they sent an incorrect item on purpose and then said they can't pay for the delivery back. I'm sorry. But what the £@#+? I'm not going to leave it like this, this is ridiculous. You'd better pay more but for the reliable brand. Also when they charged me. They automatically added a gift bag which I have not noticed at the checkout

Ordered a 12000 btu air conditioner from Australia. Got a cheap air cooler from China!
Taking it through PayPal now.
The company even emailed me pretending to be PayPal (Sam from VIP PayPal) from a faked email address saying to pay (25 -50 euros) to send it tracked back to China in order to get a refund or accept 30% off. I don’t want t or need an air cooler! I initially thought the email was from PayPal and it wasn’t!!

This company are fake, I ordered a £200+ air conditioner, they delayed shipment, then sent a cheap air cooling fan instead, they claimed it was sent in error and despite sending them photos and initially engaging with a return, they are now refusing to refund and only offered me 10% back or 50% store credit! They made the mistake, 100% refund & return postage! However, I suspect this was all actually intentional and this is actually a con. Fraud investigation underway by Mastercard. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Genuine Overheated dad in Newcastle.

This company Decorsdeluxe is a complete sham. I have received items that look NOTHING like the product on their website. Very shabby customer after sales service in fact it's non existent. Scammed into purchasing 2 air con units that are not what they looked like on arrival as to what they were on web with no instructions or viable way to return. This company will not return emails or answer the advertised phone number. Please please do not buy from them. They will take yr money, send u something completely unlike what was advertised and then not answer queries or respond to refunding. Never use. Run a mile. Do not spend money with them. In this country trading standards would have them for mis-selling but because they are an international company nothing will be done. Absolutely disgusting. Live and Learn 🥵
